*Hi Julie...the wooden piece to hang on the wall with the primitive hand-painted picture on the front is a scissor caddy. You can fit several pair in it, too, so think: regular scissors, ✂️ fabric shears, pinking shears, tiny sewing scissors, crafting scissors for "fussy cutting" and wire snips.*
My sons name is Brace and we always joke with him and say "Brace Yourself" 😂 I may have to find that cross stitch sign on your website! But I would definately paint the frame maybe Navy blue or white!
I’d paint the frame a navy blue. Would’ve picked up the little chair on the top shelf of the bins. Thanks for sharing. One of these days I’ll maybe have the courage to go to the bins.😊
I would have grabbed that big piece too, it really will make a beautiful plant holder! That cross stitch came from an orthodontist office, there was one in the office i worked in with a big smile and braces on the teeth😁 Small haul but great pieces!
Those candle holders Christmas ones you passed up I do believe were vintage ones want to say they are from fenton I had one awhile go and sold it..dont forget to pick things up and look at the bottom of them...sometimes you forget to do that...and you may miss out on a name on the bottom of it...someone else got those plates with the divider in them on another utube channel somewhere else and sold them...
The music was loud...😮 A soft green or navy on the frame? For some reason, I have the patience and enjoy going with you on your thrift shopping trips....I guess because you chat with us like we were standing right next to you😉
Ok girl I love that pitcher too. Could you use that molding clay stuff to repair and lightly dry brush a white color to match? Then maybe clear nail polish for sheen. Lol that would be fun in one of your DIY vids. Just thinking out loud. So glad you saved it.
*Tina, I repair ironstone with air dry clay like that ALL OF THE TIME for myself; and if I don't have any clear nail polish available, I seal the air dry clay with clear Super Glue. The correct way to repair ceramics and China is to use "Milliput Epoxy Putty" and sand it when it is dry. It comes in the color, "Superfine White" and a few other colors, and can be painted with China Paint to restore it to the original colors.*
New artwork in the frame. Paint, wet distress, clear wax, then dark wax. I adore pieces with chips and cracks! That is the side I show! Enjoy your content.
Julie, Love your style and videos, been watching for so long. Just wanted to tell you... Some needle work is cross stitch, but not all. I collect needle work I used to do alot. I just wanted to share that. You could call it needle work or needle point and be right on .. Also I was wondering what hot wheels mr> Julie's wanted I have alot of oldies well loved but kinda cool...
Plus China Replacements out of Greensboro NC sells china according to their need and demand not necessarily worth. Also their pieces are in perfect condition. That piece would not be worth $100. It would be cute for a plant though. I would never base a price of something on what China Replacements is selling it for.
There were a few terra cotta pots up on the shelf I was surprised you didn’t point out. Maybe you currently have plenty in stock. The music was loud today. Sorry you didn’t find as much this go around.
Love the frame. You could tone it down with Rub n' Buff or a layer of antiquing wax. The cross stitch could go... I'm sure you have a piece of antique lace, quilt, or a vintage advertisement in your stash to replace it with. You could make it lovely!

That would be so perfect!!

Homer Laughlin is a designer! Can’t believe you left them. I just sold similar ones for $27 each!
They make a lot of restaurant dishes
Separated plates are restaurant wear.
Ironstone correct ?? just getting into them lol
That soup taurine is GORGEOUS ! I also really liked the 'terra cotta-ish' pitcher with the flowers. Such a warm look about it.
Are you here, in Mississippi? I am in Ms. Unfortunately, there's not a Goodwill close to my home, but I love to watch and see what others find!😊

I would paint the frame navy blue. Love your videos.
I need those sectioned plates! Kids and food touching - it’s a thing at my house!
I have that "terracotta" pitcher but in pink. Gorgeous
I would paint the frame navy or a creamy white
Great finds for not much hard goods. Love the pitchers. 😊
You should do ANOTHER video showing all of your pitchers again
The frame is great. I'd change out the needlework.
The soup tureen is gorgeous! So glad you googled it and bought it.
Bridgett, that’s so adorable for Spring! 🌷
Beautiful finds!!!
They all are nice but I like the big one
Love a gold frame! 😉
I bet that cross stitch came from an orthodontist office
Duck egg blue (color for the blanket)
The music was loud...😮

Hunting scene wooden thing is a scissor holder or that's what we use them for.
I love the music, lots of 80's

The frame on the artwork is fine as is!
*Yes, I like the gold frame the way it is, too, as I am "a gold girl" hahaha‼️ 😆*

@heynursie5918 *Her husband's name is Max. 😊*
Julie: I miss seeing how much/little you spend! Wish you’d start putting that at the end of the videos again!😊
Thanks so much 😊
Loud music this time...hope you don't have trouble from UA-cam😒 bc I love your videos!
The soup tureen had several chips on the edge. It is beautiful though.

Wish I had a goodwill near me.
Really nice treasures! You shouldn't have any trouble selling the beautiful soup tureen, the damage is not extensive.
Dark navy for the gold frame

Not loud for us. Soup tureen is beautiful..Paint frame black or navy. ❤

That cross stitch piece is perfect for winter weather! It would look great with a smaller sign that says ‘Baby, it’s cold outside’.
Man that music was crazy
Lighten up the frame white wax maybe
Frame should be navy blue
Navy blue frame
Brace Yourself.. I feel like I need that for my headboard.
All youtube goodwill store and bins thrifters worry about the loud music.....we can't hear it much at all.
You left the best stuff…..the divided plates are restaurant ware….very collectible.
Nice
It's a shame that it's broken around the inner rim 😢
