@@azizahmed3649 DTCP permissions are given only to residential zones project. If a project has DTCP number it means it is in Residential zone and true greens 1 is not in HMDA limits to check in 2031 plan

Hi Saurabh.... I have seen a plot in a project which is beside 100 feet road at Maheshwaram near to Srisailam highway price quoted is 15k per sqyrd, All the approvals are in place & also RERA registered property, is it a good deal to proceed?
Please check the price in that area. I am not sure if 15k is decent price. If you feel that area has potential and its worth investing 15k then u can go ahead because I know we highway bits on Bangalore and mumbai highway around 10k. So check again.
