The info he shared is of tremendous value. He studied in Nalsar, was partner at Trilegal and now partner in The Law Chambers. With such credibility, we end up gaining great knowledge.
Hyderabad is a super inflated and a corrupt market where the nexus between politicians, government officials and banks is very high. These three have driven the property price to unusual heights. Its a market where folks have to thread with extreme caution...
6cr cases pending and the lawyer enjoys the profession 😂 This constitution was designed by the British to increase litigation and is a minting machine for lawyers . No lawyer exposes this. If judgement is dependent on the “interpretation” - it’s a sign that the law is flawed. “The court delays the case, so as to make the affected parties FEEL the court has checked all documents and evidence” the lawyer says 😊 wow
Great to hear! He’s one of Hyderabad’s top most lawyers and to get him to give us advise across so many important aspects is indeed extremely valuable!
We suggest you contact a lawyer who is well versed with such issues. If you wish to connect with the speaker Pavan Kumar’s firm, you can find contact details on their website thelawchambers.in

@@hyderabadgrowth they the occupants have stalled for time by city civil court which is to be expected the court advised eviction under rent control act in our favour as we are being represented by a advocate in KPHB so when we return to Hyderabad we have to be present to show our documents.( i think that is the procedure) we were told lots of conflicting scenarios & find navigating Hyderabad property world confusing in a male dominated environment, as women it is very intimidating especially as we speal little Telugu as we were born in England. Are there any female proffessionals Gov registrated out there?
