Meters and abutting road of minimum 18 meters width. o Gas installation and gas works o Godowns and warehousing o Health facilities with a maximum of 200 Beds o Hotels o Junk yards o Residential Use in commercial premises (Mixed Use) i.e. Residential activity with shops only, provided that residential activity is not more than 40% of the built up area of the premises o Multi-storied parking complexes o Museum o News paper offices/printing press o Non polluting light industries/service establishments o Offices o Parking sites o Petrol filling stations o Polytechnic and higher technical/professional Above mentioned are permitted

You explained well but in Hyderabad the problem in purchasing land is very expensive if we buy and keep it empty some one will occupy my in laws bought 4 plots in Hyderabad in one plot they built a house remaining 3 have been occupied by others. What's the use. We lost all of the plots. I feel it's too risky here .
Your presentation is good. But please note we can buy the plot in Growth corridor, commercial zone, multipupose zone, etc., also. We can avoid only the Manufacturing Zone and some other zones like Peri Urban zones unless and until HMDA approves.
