Beautiful and inspiring! I loved how you ended the guided visualization by bringing my attention to the fact that my mind alone created that lake just from focusing my attention on it. I know it sounds simple but that made me realize just how powerful the mind is! I feel less anxious and more empowered knowing that if my mind can create negative thoughts then I can also turn that around and create positive/calming ones. Where attention goes energy flows.
