@18 :00 Like yourself I was surprised to only score a Tactical Victory,. But, then it dawned on me that the Germans get their bonus for still having about 50% of their force intact.

Yes, I think for this scenario it didn’t really matter if you defeated the Germans, the important thing was reaching the objectives.
