As an Iranian, I'd like to congratulate Indian nation, especially scientists and technician who made Candrayaan-3 project a resounding success. Such a success, is also heartwarming because a democracy has achieved it. When a democracy achieves a milestone, somehow it is humanity’s achievement as well. Totalitarian regimes have a way of turning their achievements into some thing ugly and grotesque. Indians were the ones who introduced the concept of Zero in mathematics, symbolizing that they are quite capable of zeroing in on any goal they would put their minds too. I am sure many generations of younger Indians will be inspired by this achievement and gravitate to science and engineering, more than before, in order to place their country in its rightful ranking in the world. Interesting, but many in the UK haven't got over they are not the power they once were. I would not pay attention to them. On the other hand this is a sign on how the world is changing, and those who used to be powerful will have a hard time realizing it. I congratulate India for such a great feat! I hope we in México will sometime join you in such successes (there is an episode of Dr. Who that shows a Mexican space station on the moon, so not Brits have the same feeling I guess).
