Learning Designer - Curators 1st, monitoring Enagemement, basically Curriculum writers, this is were what you called their creation covers, I'll say if you're designing learning without the experience, you a a curator not a creator per say and that's fine. 3. Leaning Experience Designer - Generalist; the full package that defines the essence of L&D standalone in today's world. they are incharge of brainstorming thinking for analysis, designing visuals and experience for attention and retention as well as the gamification strategy for engagement and completion rate and further more evaluation all along as the case maybe.
