I agree and believe we have the answers to our questions within us. Tip: towards the end of a MP session, start writing TO yourself using your name as if you were giving advice to someone you care about. Sounds crazy, but it works for me when I do it.

I have kept a journal for ages and nothing has changed for the better. I always change style but worries are all the same.
When I write morning pages I prefer the rule of writing 3 A4-pages instead of a time limit of 30 minutes. Then, when I'm stuck I have time to think/reflect - that works better for me and now that it has become a routine, it takes 20-30 minutes per day ❤
Whatever works best for you, that’s a great way too!
