Tem muito bom aspecto mas talvez juntasse 1 ou 2 dentes de alho picado. Não percebo a necessidade de juntar os ingredientes com as mãos, uma colher de pau faz o mesmo efeito. Gostei do truque da rolha 👍

I think it’s supposed to help with the popping/splatter. Not sure, might have to do with the absorption/water content?
