Love the juicing ideas..alafu quick tip for breastfeeding mom's...if your child is diagnosed with colic quit Cocoa and fermented porridge..shift to oxtail soup with celery, leek and onions.. my friend..you will breastfeeding hadi the neighbours kids plus your baby will be completely healed from the tummy irritation caused by colic 😊😊😊😊

Hi Kathleen! I think it is better to just start off with a heavy duty/commercial blender. This will serve you longer and accomplish many tasks. Any brand would generally work fine. Mine is a Ninja.

Also the juice loses potency after 3 days. Perhaps keep the pulp for roughage ( helps with satiety & pushing things along 💩) so that you don’t loose everything for all the effort you put in

I think you should use coconut water instead of water. The coconut water will help to sweeten it so you wont have to use honey.
