I love making my own yogurt. I add some powdered milk to the warm milk after I put it in my culture. This makes the yogurt very thick. Chobani yogurt is my favorite too. I always buy a couple when I travel to the USA. I usually make strawberry, mango, blueberry, and vanilla. Yours looks very yummy
how much powdered milk do you add to a liter of milk? mine tuned out runny

By the way, if you do not have a muslin cloth take an old T-shirt and thoroughly wash it (if using a washing machine, use the emedic wash) and disinfect then dry it in the sun. Cut off the neck and hands part and you remain with an almost rectangular clothe. And every time you use it wash thoroughly and dry it in the sun.
