    I accidentally turned the salted caramel sauce into a solid round brick.
    I thought it feels like it's been too runny for a sauce or filling, so i put less water with cornstarch to make it more stable... I was wrong.
    I heated some water to melt the "caramel brick". And melted, it did, and became a sauce.

      Hello po, hindi naman po non stick pan ang ginamit ko po sa Salted Caramel Frosting /Filling. Make sure na gumamit ng spatula para mas maiscrape po yung sides ng pan habang hinahalo. Thankie and God bless.

      Hello po, yes pwede po sya istore sa fridge/chiller, make sure lang po properly sealed po sya. Nasubukan ko lang po sya ng 2months, before namin na consumed. Ok n ok pa po lasa nya. Thankie and God bless.

      Hello po, pwede rin naman po All Purpose Cream, mag aadjust na lang po kayo sa cornstarch po bawasan po or pwede rin wala na since mas malapot na All Purpose Cream compare to Evaporated Milk po. Thankie and God bless.

      Hello po, isang lata lang po ng evap ang nagamit ko. Sa 380ml na lata ng evap yung 125ml or 1/2 cup pang dilute po sa cornstarch at eggyolks, then the rest ng evap sa pan na po isasabay. Thankie and God bless.

    Nagtry po ako ng salted caramel pwed epo ba syang pang frosting ng cake, kase tama naman sukat ko di sya masyado lumapot. Kaso nauna ko ilagay yung egg mixture kasya sa milk ano pong mali

      Hello po, yes pwede po syang pang frosting sa cake, katulad po ng nasa video SALTED CARAMEL CAKE. Continous lang po sa paghalo , pwede nyo po ilagay sa pinakamahinang apoy para hindi po kayo mag alangan na masunog. Unti unti po syang magthithicken dahil sa cornstarch po . If ever gusto nyo po syang lumapot po, pwede nyo po idouble boiler na lang po. Thankie and God bless.
