I accidentally turned the salted caramel sauce into a solid round brick. I thought it feels like it's been too runny for a sauce or filling, so i put less water with cornstarch to make it more stable... I was wrong. I heated some water to melt the "caramel brick". And melted, it did, and became a sauce.
