      Hello, you may omit the coffee if you prefer. I just add coffee to enhance the chocolate flavor but you won't taste it. Thankie and God bless.

      Hello po, moist pa sya on the 3rd day sa ref before namin sya naubos. Pwede pa siguro sya ng 5days sa ref pero hindi na sya ganun ka moist. Thankie and God bless.

      Hello po, yes mam pwede po steam yung cake Low-Med Heat for 30-40mins or until the toothpick test comes out clean po. iwrap nyo po ng cloth yung cover ng steamer para iwas po sa tulo ng tubig. Thankie and God bless.

    Hello po, question po. Kapag gumamit po ako ng cake flour instead of apf, same po ba ng amount? Parang medyo dry at matigas po kase pag cake flour gamit ko.

      Hello po, honestly hindi ko po pa po natry gumamit ng cake flour for Moist Chocolate Cake Mixture. Pwede rin po siguro wag lang pong iovermix once magcombine ok na po yun para hindi po tumigas ang texture. Saka kahit hindi po supe rhot water ang ilagay, medyo warm water ok na po.       Hello po, I used Dutch Cocoa Powder lang po for the cake recipe and hot water with coffee, may effect po sya para maging maganda ang color ng chocolate cake. Thankie and God bless..

    Hi I need to know something urgent as I’m trying to double the ingredients and make this cake please let me know for how long and for what temperature I need to bake the cake! I’m using a 10 inch round cake tray.

      I also doubled some cake recipes (like Ube Cake). The temperature is the same po. 170C. I think the time would be different. Since this recipe needs 1Hr to be baked, please do it first for 1Hr. Then do the toothpick test. If the toothpick didn't come out clean, add 10mins. And add another 10 Min. until the toothpick comes out clean.
      I'm not a pro but I just love baking. This hack is for the everybody who wanted to bake.😊👍

    Ask ko po bakit bitin po ung ganache ko ano gagawin ko bitin in. A SENSE na kapos pag nilagyan lht ng ganache sa filling. Ok lng ba if caramel filling nlng. Ung lalagay ko wla na chcolate gaanche.???

      @@kamillemaghirang8341 Hello po, medyo matagal sya magthick kailangan lang po ng continous stirring para hindi po maglumps at masunog. Sa Salt naman po, adjust nyo po according sa panlasa nyo po, pwede rin pong salted butter na ilagay nyo. Thankie and God bless.

      Hello po, after completely cooled down yung cake, ichilled nyo po muna para magfirm and kapag kinut wala pong maraming crumbs na malalaglag. Gumamit po ako ng adjustable cake slicer. Thankie and God Bless.
