I gave my 7 year old son a metal detector as an early Christmas present to day and he found a 10k white gold diamond ring and a Susan B Anthony coin from 1979 !! In his grandma's yard .. he came running through the house with the biggest smile on his face yelling " mom I found you something " lol he was so happy and well I was to because I got me a diamond ring 😊✌🏽😎 but the smile on his face was the best gift of them all ..
Charlene Cruz Thanks !! 😊 it really was a great Christmas present ✌🏼😎 getting him started young to be outside instead of setting inside in front of a TV all the time lol ..
I was at a coin shop yesterday and I was looking through the tray of steel pennies. One of them was shiny so I picked it up, and the date said 1944. I was about to pass out and the coin guy came over and looked at the coin. He said it was probably just steel plated, but he magnet tested it. It jumped to the magnet. He is gonna get it looked at but he still doesn't know if it was just strong steel plating of if it was the real deal. I'm literally still shaken up about it lol 😂😂
In a couple of weeks we are closing on a home on 1/2 acre in NW Pensacola, FL built in 1944. Right now the entire house is being rewired from aluminum to copper. Unfortunately, I don't metal detect but I do find the hobby extremely fascinating. Might need to have someone detect the property once we are settled.
Hi JD I have 3 Steel 1943 Pennies as well as a 1943 Liberty dime, my main question is about the Steel Pennies 1's a D minting the 2nd has no minting stamp & the 3rd I'm unable to tell the minting stamp due to the coin being almost black which I'm wondering if there's a way to clean it up without damaging the coin since other then the Discoloration are in really great shape; also how would I go about pricing them to sell?I really enjoy your Video's they're very informative :)

I found a 1943 copper wheat penny last year -unfortunately, I lost it and have been desperately searching for it . When I found it I stated that it was a shame it was not the 1942 d that I mistakenly thought was valuable not knowing that it was the 1943 copper that I had or hopefully still have that is the valuable one. I went back today searching the same area in hope that I may find another. I did find a mint condition copper 1944 about 10 feet from where I found the 1943 copper. Hopefully I find it , if not there is a near mint condition 1943 copper penny out there somewhere . When I announced to friends and family that I had found a 1943 wheat penny they just sort of shrugged like -you loser picking up pennies , big deal .. Hopefully I'll get the last laugh ..

The penny's that I am selling are not counterfeit or have been changed or are fake or any times of coffee of copies I am selling a Abraham Lincoln copper made 1943 D very rare coin and 2 British pennies 1933 genuine not fake not copies made from copper distinguishing between brass and copper and other metallic materials mixed with the coins is a certain skill of Alchemist
CrystalSaysSo TM. I'm in search of a mercury dime. I have a silver one may even have two silver dimes if I do I would be willing to trade one of them and another coin that I have two of for it. So I would give 2 coins for one mercury dime.
so because of you I now check the Coinstars and guess what I found 2 hours ago......yup 1943 D wheat penny. in my youth I saw many steel pennies so I know they are grey but this one had a weird brownish patena. grabbed my magnet, it stuck......wawawawa btw, just crossed the 24,000 clad coin line for the past 2 years
The only thing I have ever found looking through my change is 1964 and earlier dimes. They are worth about $3 for the silver content. Getting a dime in your change and selling it for 3.50 isn't a bad deal though. It won't make you rich, but it makes looking through your change worth the time. Quarters 1964 and earlier are worth $6 I believe. I've never found any pre 1964 quarters, but I have found several dimes.
Hi, my friend, I shared the original video on my blog, coin section, an I will do the same with this one! They are very informative! Have a great day and Happy Holidays!

I live in a city that has hundreds of millionaires. And a beach ofcourse. There are some homeless and some are musicians on the street trying to make a buck. A tourist town. These rich people are in town eating and drinking all the time. They could drop a thousand dollars or even ten thousand in a hat or guitar case any day of the week "and it wouldn't hurt them a bit." They won't drop a dime. Even now around Christmas time. "Rich people absolutely don't care. They walk on by and are indifferent." The people that keep the homeless alive with food and some money daily. Are the same people that the rich play games with and try to get into trouble with their bosses at work. "The food server's in the restaurant's the rich eat in all the time." 8 million for something there is only a handful of in the world? A penny? That's a rich person's desire. I found a 1944 penny Cooper. I decided to wash with salt and vinegar solution because I thought it be more valuable clean. I looked up and it's opposite it should stay original. Nice coin, the value is so great awesome!
JD's Variety Channel Aloha! I found a steel penny that is magnetic, but weighs 3.16 grams. Is this a good find?
You led us to believe it was a 1943 copper that was worth so much, and it's even in your description above, but it was really a bronze.
