You could try it, but it will be difficult to get the diesel out of it and for it to remain the same without deteriorating. Let us know if you decide to replace it as we have it in stock.
So I’m getting into starting my own business. I saw one of these and was able to get it from a guy for just 150$. I’m basically going to have to take it apart and replace/clean everything I can! Just wondering if you have a website or anything I can get in touch with someone and ask some questions/advice/ and get parts? I’m a complete newbie I just want to learn! Lol
Hello. I bought a brand new unit a few days ago. I used it for 45 min. Turned off burner and let cold water run thru coil. Went inside for 5 min came back out and started the engine and then the burner. Burner would only smoke and not fire. So I looked for any problems and seen that the burner was leaking fuel from the bottom of burner. What could this be?? Tia.
Pull off your coils and look at your fuel nozzle. How long did you run the unit before you turned it off trying to ignite it? It was spraying out fuel that entire time so that is likely where it came from...
We bought one of these brand new, same model, and it has been a pile of junk so far with loosened nuts and bolts everywhere. Oliveira Equipment in Ontario sold it too us and wont take it back. Regardless there is something wrong with the burner as it appears to be leaking from inside somehow. Have you repaired such a unit like this and if so do you have a video on what could be wrong with ours. It appears we are stuck with a lemon to fix ourselves since it doesnt make us money sitting idle. Is there a possibility that the coil is breached or that there has been an accumulation of water down inside the smoke stack and into the burner itself? The unit has always run smoky and it ran really smoky just before it stopped heating the water all together.
Yeah the manufacturer makes it as a non-warranty unit sold as is. As far as your issues go there are several things you could look at. The likelihood that the coil has a pinhole or something in it is unlikely as there are no welds in coil part of itself. There could be a leak at the connection where the straight galvanized pipe is connected to the unit. You could pull the coil off, add a longer hose where it connects to the pump and look underneath (without running the burner) to see if you could see any leaks coming from bottom, hard to see through top. Or you could run a pressure test on the coil itself if you had a way to do that. As far as it burner running smokey, this is a poor combination of fuel and air. You can adjust the fuel pressure (see my other video), should be around 130 psi to 140 psi. Check the air band opening on the left side of the burner behind the battery, make sure it's getting the proper amount of air. You could also run kersosene through it. If its smoking bad you could have a lot of buildup just from running it a short amount of time and it might need cleaned. Subscribe to Amerirent's channel, they are going to do several more videos on maintenance on this unit as this is one of their main units they sell. Let me know if you have any more questions.
Hey, I put the new bottom insulation in and smoke comes out from the bottom now, the burner does sit nicely on the insulation because I can see the marks on it. Any ideas?
I have this model, approximately 8 years old. It will start and run for maybe 5 minutes then abruptly stop? Has plenty oil and is on level ground. Any ideas? Thanks!

We have had very good success with the engines. Out of the hundreds sold we have had none fail. They are the knockoff of a GX390. We sell these units on our website if interested. Please subscribe and take care!

Fuel, air, spark is what you need for ignition of your burner. Check fuel copper line coming into burner. Check air bands. Check electrodes and make sure they are spaced evenly and not arcing on the metal. You can also bypass the pressure switch by connecting two lines in the switch to see if any ignition.
Have to do this to mine, perfect video thank you
Glad we could help!
Is there a link to a video? Having the same issue with abrupt stop after 5 minues?
@@StephenMattingly-p6i you can text us at video at 765-203-2434
Solid video thanks.
Thank you
If your pad get soaked (as mine is) but if does not catch fire, is it possable to wash and reuse the old pad?

Where do you get the insulation cap
Thinking about buying one of these units. Have you seen any engine failures? What is the most common issue, the fuel nozzle?

I have very old steam pressure washer mechine, you need to have the basic knowledge of it before buying one of this
Well it’s a china knock off. For better or worse, you get what you pay for.
Do you have a video where you pull the coil to wash it?
No, but that's a good idea
can i use a 1/4 hose 3000psi hose on this…… with pressure turned down???
I don't see why you couldn't, people do that with sewer snake cleanouts.
How do you clean the coil from getting charcoal black?
That usually means that it is getting too much fuel. Have you tested your fuel pressure yet?
Did u ever weld up a leak in a hot power washer coil.
We have yet to have one blow on any of our machines or customers. Sorry. Would make for a great video though!
I need one to buy are selling any used ones?
All I have are new ones right now.
I'm sure I will need some of that, everything works but no flame it must be lack of oxygen. Bought one used gonna break it down and find out
