Fun fact: The movie was originally gonna be about Nick. The idea was that predators were forced to wear shock collars to keep them from harming anyone. Nick would open up a fake doctors office so he'd be able to take them off. Judy would catch him and that's all I know thatwas planned, the movie would most likely go off as the rest of the movie did.
Yah the main reason they scrapped it was because you were supposed to *love* the world they built, but if they went the shock collar route then you would hate the world from the start because of how cruel it was.
@@aris7051 one way to do this is to wait for a copyright claim and dispute it. And Disney being the giant company it is won’t think a small channel would dispute it and won’t check again. If a month goes by without the copyright claim holder doing anything then the video is reinstated and can’t be copyright claimed again.

Then she gets low-priority entry level jobs as doesn't know the city as a partnerless rookie and she accuses him of racism for it "im not just a token bunny" 1st day of the job leaving post and chase that didn't in a death by inches, this isn't even prejudice this is Judy ) "Anti- Racism" (bare in mind after THAT press conference AND as a rookie she was being made face of the ZPD) Miscommunication (Press conference) Confirmation bias of Fitting stereotypes (Clawhauser actually being the donut loving cop, Judy actually being cute (she had to sell toys she is literally designed to be as cute as possible) Politics using prejudice for votes (again, face of the ZPD + Bellweather)
Yeah but that’s what I liked about it. She was idealistic and naive but she was trying to do her best, which makes her realistic. Somebody with her childhood of being bullied or demeaned for trying to become something that wasn’t normal would definitely grow up to make accusations like that once in a while. I like that we got to watch her grow as a person during all these trials. Absolute naivety and hubris for the polar bear incident, and it was very deus ex machina for her to have survived it, BUT that was really the only problem I had with the whole movie. It starts with me, it starts with all of us, she said. I know it’s so simple but we often overlook them.

Everything from the music suddenly ramping up to Jason Bateman's wonderful voice acting as nick the fear in his eyes too it all just feels so real even though you know there not actually going to die cause it's a kids movie.
I remember watching this a couple years ago (probably during lockdown) for the hell of it and really enjoyed it! Zootopia is one of my most favorite animated movies and I was so disappointed to see the video had been taken when I tried to search for it months ago. I think it’s another example of prejudice based on something that makes sense on paper (big animals can maintain law through size and strength) but doesn’t work as well in practice. I remember there was a fanfiction where a “Small animals unit” was formed with Judy as the captain, where small animals are used for cases a large animal would struggle with. Buyer beware, it does involve “WildeHopps.” Also can I just say that I don’t get the hate some folk have for this ship? We’ve seen SO many cases of anthropomorphic animal characters of different species getting together (my favorite is Sly and Carmelita) but Nick and Judy get called out for some stupid reason.

I haven’t watched this movie since I watched it in cinemas and I didn’t like the movie but thanks for the free movie I really like this movie now I never really wanted to rewatch the movie because I will remember anything but I absolutely love reactions so it made watching the movie much more rewatchable and now I’m older I recognise a lot of the voices

In Polish we have our own name - "Zwierzogród" (which literally would translate to something like "Animalborough", I guess?). But it was also advertised as "Zootopia" and don't think, I've ever heard anyone refer to it as "Zootropolis".

Elephants like Rhinoes cannot see things with their eyes so that is why when asking someone like an elephant to remember never ask about something that deals with sight elephant's have extremely tiny eyes and poor eyesight so this is definitely not the way they remember things

In Polish we have our own name - "Zwierzogród" (which literally would translate to something like "Animalborough", I guess?). But it was also advertised as "Zootopia" and don't think, I've ever heard anyone refer to it as "Zootropolis".
