Kid Smoove lost his mind because of that Scorpio power. He needs to chill out, it's gone to his head. It will be obsolete with the next PC graphics card release and Xbox has no first party dev talent and lacking first party games.
I play games in 5160x2160, 6880x2880 on my PC, Maxed Settings, 60FPS, No indie trash, less you count the Witcher 3 as indie, bc Witcher studio is indie after all, also, that is and wrote in fact 5K, 6K Ultrawide, 5K = AC Unity type games, 6K = AC Rogue type games, now tell me, what the fuck is an Xbox Scorpio?

Err actually a 980ti will not outperform the Scorpio Hard8. WWP really needs a fact checker, a 1070 outperforms the 980ti on every game and from DF's own words the Scorpio's performance is giving the 1070 a run for its money based on what they have seen.
Your speaking to someone who has been building gaming rigs for over 17 year's and I can categorically tell you that the 980ti will not play forza apex at 4K 60fps LOCKED with ultra settings FACT! The only way you would be able to do that is if you buy an expensive liquid cooler, overclock the card and pair it with a top tier CPU and minimum 8gb of the fastest DDR3 or DDR4 ram. It is you that doesn't know what you're talking about.
