You still have Swiss Chalet in Ontario! and Kelsey's too, and Loblaws and also a few synchronized green lights, we don't have any of those in Montreal or in any where in Quebec for that matter... 😵💫
Interesting, I thought you guys have the same chain of restaurants and shops... Loblaws is the biggest, how come you don't have it? Some traffic lights in Quebec threw me off sometime when I travel there... :-)
@@CanadaLifeVlogs Loblaws changed all of them stores every single one of them into MAXI's or Provigo's , the name Loblwas is completely out, so in someway they are still here, but under different names, Chalet Swiss closed all of their restaurants, I though it was a bankruptcy but obviously they still exist in Ontario, the same goes for Kelsey's, as for the traffic lights, I don't think it is on purpose but the red lights are perfectly synchronized to piss-off the citizen of Montreal, I think incompetence combined with some luck paid off, for the cars haters, but hey if it makes them happy... 😅
Thank you for all info, I still love to travel to Quebec. Old Montreal, Mont-Tremblant and Old Quebec City are my favourite places in Quebec. I bet those 'car haters' are still using cars to get to places :-)
@@CanadaLifeVlogs I dont know, but I make sure to respect the cyclists 🚴 I don’t want to give them reason to hate car drivers more.. and also I my self love to have a safe bike ride once in while 😅
totally agree, I'm riding bike as well, but trying to stay away from roads...
