- Filipino-owned brand Jollibee is on course towards its goal to become one of the top five restaurant companies in the restaurant business in the world.
There's a Jollibee close to where I live. For a fast food chain, the chicken is much better tasting than most other places. Flavors are good. Service is great. But the coffee is absolutely horribly revolting. My friends feel the same way, too. We each wrote to corporate but came to deaf ears. The Philippines has a lot of great coffee so why can't this fast food chain upgrade their coffee??? Hmm!!!
I guess, the coffee is just basically plain natural. Same here in the Philippines, they would just simply give you a cup of coffee with some sachets of white granulated sugar and creamer and that's it. But you could ask for additional sugar if you want. I'm not exactly a coffee drinker at Jollibee so I don't know much of preferences.
If you would notice almost every food in jollibee has some sweetness in it. Filipino's love their food sweet and majority of filipino's arent really fond of coffee unless its sweet
Filipinos won't even touch their coffee unless it's sweet and creamy. I'd add like a tiny bit of coffee, then bombared it with sugar. Others might like the bitter taste of coffee, though, might be since too much sweetness isn't their taste. Hope they'll improve the coffee though, but we mostly order sodas or floats for drinks.

I've heard that one of the criteria on opening one is that there has to be Filipino communities/presence in that certain area. After all, they are the customers that Jollibee seeks, homesick and thirsting for home, so your chances really depends on that very criteria. If you have that specific requirement, then petition it by all means.

In Asia most of them eat Jollibee in there entire life too .. And Mcdonald has no Crowds, whenever there's a new opening of there store and most Americans avoid Mcdonald,. Because of to much chemical on there patties burger... I eat Mcdonald burger and I cannot even finish half of its burger.. It taste so much chemicals preservatives, I more. Like burger kings and Jollibee burger.
