Its undeniably good, Jollibee is a master when it comes to flavors. Thats why McDonalds was unable to dominate the Philippine fastfood market.
Both McDonalds and KFC couldn't even contend with Jollibee here in the Philippines. Their chicken tastes bland in comparison.

The best thing about Jollibee is how well brined the chicken is. It's really juicy.
During the lockdowns, Jollibee sold their products such as uncooked chicken in brine. So that people could've Jollibee at home.

We grew up with Jollibee! We have it in every corner of the philippines. Of course our pride and joy!
there's a line in Filipino ads about Jollibee which is "Langhap Sarap" meaning smells as good as its taste and as a Filipino its like that whenever you pass a Jollibee on a mall or somewhere, they have that distinct fried chicken smell that drags you in, also if you grow up in the Philippines it has that nostalgic feeling when your parents brought you there for the first time for a sunday lunch or dinner

the thing is, even if they try, it wouldn't be as outstanding as what they have in US. first rule of business is will it be applicable to the masses, will it catch their attention. supply and demand. not every filipino can afford to purchase bigger portions that is why Jollibee Philippines has always remained loyal and consistent to their food marketing
