Bill Cosby is 81 or so. Sadly, falling at that age due to balance issues is not that unusual. The cane would be a sign of balance as well as he is legally blind. So, it would appear falling is a sad possibility. Bill Cosby will be in some population where there will be folks sharing his condition--age and health. No way will the Dept of Corrections, warden and so on want Bill to be hassled. I think he will be guarded with caution.

The personal aide job is real. My friend was in for a couple of years and they put him to help a murderer, who has a bad case of Multiple Sclerosis (he was wheelchair bound).

All rich celebrities get special treatment, the law book clearly states the law favors the powerful it was one of the first things we learned from our lawyer professor in Issues and Ethics in Criminal Justice class it college.
