You guys need to change your recording techniques a little bit. You have to record from a farthest part of the room so the viewer can guess how big that room is. Furthermore, when your associate is talking about the floor (marble, hardwood, etc.) the camera should face the floor and not your associate.
Oh My God.... Jazz you rocked especially the introduction .. You'll gave All the required information that a viewer is looking for.. eg. Nearest stations .. , schools, shopping malls , Street location etc... very good 👍 keep up the good work . ALSO Appreciate how well dressed you are very professional 😊

£5 M for that ? A word "rip off" is an understatement... 3 bed apartment for 5M madness, only because it's in London - the city ridden with crime.
Crime is everywhere? But like I said it's not worth 5 Mil it's only because of location.
This is not madness its sparta.
Hmmm....not a bad pad...but i think for £5m....id rather get more for my money, in a lesser part of the city.
Lovely tour as always guys but a very underwhelming property, only pleasing factor being the skylight area. As for the rest, that's plenty of unexciting basic furnishings and finishes for £5M, an insipid kitchen and minuscule bedrooms etc and who wants to live above a cinema on a very busy road for £5M??? this is a £3M property. Not to mention there is no outdoor space and it also seems like the building doesn't have any amenities.
Astonish is a word not connected direct or indirect with love but love can leave a memory that no one can steal , but can also leaves pain that no one can heal , well there’s no pain involved here but to fall in love with this astonishing apartment, wonderful comes to mind well furnished somewhat minimalistic To the eye well done to you and a great city ( LONDON )...
5 mill for that extortion is one word. Prices really need to be regulated in this country
İt's a nice flat for sure but the price tag is too high in my opinion. It's because of the location of course but still, it's too much!

Living in central London is a dreaming for every single British person. Awesome ! Even they are very very expensive but equal with their benefit, prime central in templar street house looks cheaper and more attractive, a house nor apartement or penth house, by the way, she looks sweet too 🌐🇬🇧❤️

Nahh not for 5mil .. Omaze .. Think that's how they spell it. They was raffling a house on lake Windemere that was 3 and half million, and right at the side of the water with stunning views .. I know which id have if given the choice .. But hey each to their own.

why would you want to spend millions buying a house knowing that in 20 - 30 years time, parts of London could be at risk of being underwater? Many wealthy people are moving out of city for good
