I can't believe this lovely lady walking all over those beautiful wooden floors with those very "pointy" high heels on, I just hope none of the floors were laminated. My wife had a party while I was away and she allowed her friends to walk around our games room, which had laminated floors, now there must be around 50 stiletto dints spread around the floor area. Most decent estate agents that I have used in the past, would always remove their shoes in such a situation, especially when it can cost thousands to have these floors laid.
Like the woodland part at bottom of the garden. Honestly wish new build homes gave bigger gardens and normal 3 beds a bigger size would save all this having to move and pay silly stamp duty. But this is a nice property if you can get this far up the ladder.
16 year old me watching these videos knowing that ill never be able to buy a house like this and probably the best that ill get a mortgage on in the future is a terraced house:
Beautiful house and I enjoyed watching it all over again. I notice one of the common mistakes that most sales staff make is often using “My favourite”, “And I love”. From a buyer’s point of view, these expressions do not hold any meaning, really. What you like and love about a property can be expressed without bringing in yourself into it. Just a thought … Thanks
It was going so well until I saw how close it was to the house next door. If you're paying over £1 million you want a bit of separation. Land is cheap enough to have more space between houses.
You live under a rock? Land isn’t cheap 😂 especially land with planning potential. Especially in the south where 1 acre can go for 2 mil, developers are going to get as much ROI as possible they’re not going to give up an acre for more space between dwellings 🤦🏼♂️
A beautiful home except the double garage obscuring the front aspect of the property, looking like an afterthought. A poor decision on an otherwise very impressive dwelling.
@helmshardover I was sure if they were council houses or normal houses. On Google maps, the houses on the same aide of the road as the house in the video are all larger houses. How do you know they're council houses? Is there a way to find out (asking for when I buy a property).
I’m sorry but there’s no dog in the world you could have in that house that wouldn’t destroy the place. In fact you wouldn’t want to even raise children in that house. It’s way too contemporary. This is for a family of teenagers.
I agree, I hate beige and grey. BUT it's a blank canvas as they say and I would have a ball putting in colourful rugs, colourful cushions and artwork and make it a home rather than a show piece. Personally I love boho with lots of green plants and rattan.
I just look... I wanna build the great thing for my Wives and my children there, exactly in Britain... Perhaps you are marriage too... Because you believe the kindness...good... Keep believe...be kind always...remember even girls are monogamist...🌐❤
I had to watch this video twice I’m smitten by this property ❤❤❤

That “field view” will last 12 months tops before it’s developed on lol
Probably end up being an aldi/lidl.
Worse a business park
That’s a very nice part of the world.
Beautiful property I would purchase given the money ❤❤❤

Thanks
£1.5 mil, I'd expect an indoor swimming pool and helipad at the very least! 😎
Really!
Ok time to put in an offer

สวัสดีครับ
บ้านสวย คุณก็สวยน่ารัก ฉันชอบคุณ
☺️♥️
Size and design of the house is so similar to Canadian house style.
Considering putting down an offer
All the best mate
@04:15 that pointing @newhomequalitycontrol
That is one large property for £1.5 million.
Don't forget the threat of the 24hr freight railway less than 100 meters down the road from it. Hence the reason it's up for sale...
Is it still for sale and furniture etc ?
Do the cuboards have Blum soft close?
It’s got everything large ensuit.
Lovely home great location.
Thanks.
What would it cost to build a house like this?
Overlooked on three sides, neighbours appear to be very close by.
What's her name? I just love her❤
It ain't "bespoke" if the house next door is exactly the same.
And the garage was a complete afterthought, blocking half the front.
london?
Wow just gorgeous that’s too upper class for me I’ll stay in my 1 bed flat 😂😂😂
Playroom with a tv that big lol

They blot out the council houses opposite...

Why did she put a log in the burner when it isn’t even lit? 😂
Lovely home but you are cruising through the video so fast. Not enough time to take the home in. I feel we saw more of you than the details.
❤
Don’t want to get wet to the Garage
Amazing house, gorgeous decoration. Horrible outlook from the front! Put me off. Shame.
white is nice until there's too much and looks a bit clinical
Fantastic house & views.
Not bad for the money.
The owners do love clutter by the looks of it! 🙄
Bet it’s a bugger to keep clean…
They're called a master bedroom. No need to be pretentious.
Do you want a gold star?

primary I would say
No they are called Principal Bedroom and have been for years
Low ceilings 😅
It’s a shame the property is way beyond the street price envelope it is situated in it caps its value a lot. But a very nice English home..❤
I just don’t like the front it’s just horrible.
Rich humans
If she comes with the house i will definitely buy-it
Beautiful house, but the most beautiful is you.
I’m sorry but there’s no dog in the world you could have in that house that wouldn’t destroy the place. In fact you wouldn’t want to even raise children in that house. It’s way too contemporary. This is for a family of teenagers.
Nice but not that nice
the colour scheme is very bland, needs a few touches, no big deal.

Four bedrooms on each corner, that would make 16 in total wouldn't it. I think she means four bedrooms one on each corner. 🤫
They need servants
Where's the swimming pool?😂👍🇮🇪🇷🇺
What a boring house with a boring interior!
IS THAT ALL 1.5 MILL WILL GET YOU IN UK?? VERY SMALL ....SO SAD ...NOT MUCH HOPE FOR PEOPLE WITH DREAMS.... BEST TO LEAVE AND MOVE TO ANOTHER COUNTRY!
THANKS FOR THE OPINION ROBIN NOW GO GET YOUR KEYBOARD FIXED
@@TheAngryEskim0hahahahhaha😂
You should see what 1.5M will get you in London! Lol
Absolutely no charm or character. No trees, no flowers ! A barren landscape !
Not worth tuppence. Just a property agent’s profit.
gooooooooooooooooood
1.5m don't think so luv. 💩👋🏽
