Thank you! I'm so sorry for the delayed response. For some reason I'm only just now seeing your comment. I'm so glad you found it helpful. I have other self-massage videos on my channel if you'd like to try those out as well. Thanks again!
Have had a nagging tennis elbow issue for weeks and this really helped. Love all your videos. Informative and usable advice delivered without all the distracting production that plagues most advice style channels. Well done!
I love the deep tissue and fascia work. Great video! I've recently done some fascia work in yoga that left me dumbfounded at how much tightness in your hands, wrists and forearms can lead to a stiff neck, chest and upper back as well.
Thanks! Indeed, tight hands and arms can lead to stiffness in the neck, chest, and back, and vice versa! I teach self-massages for the neck and shoulders as well. Here's my self-massage playlist, if you'd like to try it out: ua-cam.com/play/PLQsHGPF3r4b653mFAuHin6CMN2J4zRjv8.html

Do you have a video on healing after fracturing your arm. I have a small fracture above thr wrist that hasn't healed in 3 months. I am on meds from the doctor but it won't go away 100%.
Thank you so much. I just tried for the first time and did many deep breaths of release and relief. How frequently is optimum for this massage - say 2-3 times a week?
Glad you got relief! The frequency depends on the severity of the injury. If it's somewhat acute, maybe a gentle massage twice a week. If it's more chronic in nature, you can do it every day if you like. Listen to your body and see how you respond. You can always increase or decrease the frequency as needed.
It really depends on your symptoms (intensity, duration, frequency) and perpetuating factors. For example, if you work at a computer 8 hours a day and are experiencing moderate pain, you may want to do this 2 or 3 times a day. If time is an issue, you can just do a couple of the techniques that you find most helpful.
I felt relieved by doing it as you do.
Glad to hear that!
Can't believe this amazing video had no comments. Thank you for this work of art. This helped so much :)

Hi Nadia. Unfortunately, massage cannot fix a fracture. If your doctor clears you for massage therapy, it can help to alleviate discomfort.
@@rachelrichardsmassage9660 thanks for your quick response!

Is it really true that a cubic inch of bone can support nine tons of weight?
I don't actually know. Will have to look that one up ...
TIP; Raise your voice or move mic in. Your voice is low...
If a person is in pain they would get irritated with you doing too much explaining. Redo this video with less talking
