By your observation of EDTP construction, it is really possible to have ETS service to JB by next year as promised?
I extremely doubt it, as big part of the tracks are still single track, only a small part got electrified.

ETS service is 2026. April 2025 is the expected completion period of EDTP. EDTP completion ≠ ETS commencement.

Track around the Kulai Station need to be inspect further. The high pitch noise can be heard when train running on it. It's give a very uncomfortable experience to the passenger like the Gemas to north part. Goverment should request to re-do this track before the project complete and start the operation on dual track. The construction waste like old track, sleeper, spoil raw material, worker's food and beverages container all never clear, throwing and placing everywhere. I doubt they will clean it up when the whole project complete from sout to north. When you can't do it correctly at first, you need put in extra time and work to get the same results. KL track made a very good of those bad examples, Johore shouldn't follow the same mistakes. KTMB, start the new culture from Johore and spreading all the ways to north.
About the derailment, KTMB need to be open the investigation report to the public. What's the causes of the incident. Quality issue? Environment issue? Human error etc. What's the solutions to the issue. By doing such actions, slowly the public will gaining the trust on your commitment to the services and safety. It's not about we want to punishing people, it's all about the lives.

So quick to judge yet so little research.
Kulai temporary station is temporary. Those sleepers and rails lying there is to replace the temporary points when Kulai new station is put into use. When the EDTP is complete, the stretch you see here will be completely straight.

@@DanielQihuaiNg What I said is the new track that laid out on new track? Are you said that we going to lay out the new track on new the new track? You're expert I admit it. But, do you studying it before replying my comment?
Do you even understand the difference between Kulai Station and Kulai Temporary Station?

The train track squeal noises can be heard at pretty much at any sharp curves due to the train wheels grinding on the rails. So unless you are expecting a completely straight line, it's not possible to avoid. You are hearing that at Kulai because the tracks north of the new station is a sharp curve.

@@nick_1551 The design of the curve should be limited to a smaller angle that shouldn't be produce such a high pitch noise. To me that's is the flaws. Derailments risks should be higher than the other area. The choices? reduce the speeds of the train. I hope it's was because of construction parameter not met instead of a design flaws. The most tricky part I don't understand, the track was pretty straight but produced higher noise than turning the sharp corner that you mentioning.

@@panglimahitam8001 the speed will definitely be lowered as it's passing by the station, though not as low as the current diesel trains.
From what I've experienced on board the trains was that currently the trains are utilizing only the inner most of the 4 tracks at Kulai new station, which is a loop line track, hence those similar track-grinding sounds were made as they were switching tracks to/from the mainline track. The sounds were also made as a result of the train switching tracks due to the sudden shift in track direction. I'm not sure if that's what you heard. But once the double tracks are completed, they should be using the mainline tracks instead of the looplines for most.
But also that the tracks around the Jalan Kulai-Kota Tinggi bridge area is actually curved. The tracks were realigned to a new permanent alignment following the completion of the new Jln Kulai-Kota Tinggi bridge. So I'm not sure if the new curve is making track-grinding noises too? Haven't quite rode on them in this alignment by far
