The why is something I need to begin asking again. Is not always my fault that something is happening. Thank you for these videos, it's taken me a few years to see the value in them but I watch now and I benefit from them a great deal.

That is why I quit serving special education in mainstream as I now know why, but I can't fix it or do it the way our school leaders or educational psy want us to DO!

It is never about the needs of the child at the end of the calendar year. It is all about school and staff KPI. Moreover, inclusivity is something which the ministry preached but ideally, it is not practised as it cannot be done in most school contexts due to the mindset of staff on disability. @@cjphillips
