- This is a timelapse video of a hand carved Les Paul style guitar that is made of reclaimed wood that has been salvaged from deconstructed buildings in Chicago. The neck is made from an old mahogany table leaf.

After changing my own string i felt like this dude
I'm never complaining about the guitar price again
Everyone watching this.Always remember.Jesus Christ loves you. 🙂✝️
I'm neither a musician nor woodworker, yet that was still the most enjoyable twenty-something minutes I've spent on UA-cam in too long. Thank you for sharing it.
I build acoustic guitars. This man knows what he's doing. There are a number of tools and jigs that would allow him to be faster, and more efficient. He's doing it the old school way, by hand, with feel. Unbelievable workmanship.
Thank u all very much
I’m kinda hurt we didn’t get to hear it at the end
I wanted to hear the guitar after it was finished ahhhh
I speak with absolute confidence when I say that I would screw this project up royally.
Even Jesus would have been proud of that carpentry 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I’m impressed that he made an masterpiece in just 24 minutes
Son: Dad, I want a guitar for this Christmas.
I'm a musician, and used to build guitars, and I gave up on building them because I would always have people come to me to buy, but never wanted to pay my price but wanted to pay cheaper than most factory made guitars, but most people don't see how much time and effort it takes to build one guitar, especially in a good quality way, builders put a ton of time, effort, and sometimes even money in order to make these, and have to be very skilled and patient in doing so, I hope this video opens a lot of people's eyes and shows them how much it takes for one guitar to be made by hand, with little to no machinery
I´ll never understand how one achieves this mastery of craftsmanship.
“99 clamps will do”
Man this video gives me a new respect for how guitars are made. Beautiful, just beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
If I made one, I would have no fingers left to play with by the time it's finished
I always think we tend to forget just how much work is actually involved with building a guitar. This is a seriously impressive build - well done!
I hope that the person who bought this guitar plays music on it that matches the craftmanship that went into building it.
That's so much more than just a guitar - It's a piece of art. Fantastic craftsmanship.
