Samson ‘The Standard’ Dauda is doing it for the UK. The best thing he did was getting his wife to coach. Since she became his coach, he’s been getting better & better. Skys the limit for them 🎉
If Samson ever gets super shredded from the back like the glutes, hamstrings, Christmas tree then the other competitors might as well not show up and go sit in the audience lol 😂 he’s literally perfect just like Ronnie just less shredded.
@greyknight5168 can you blame him though lol for someone his size he sure was Damn shredded at every Olympia he won lol 😂 those chest striations was always insane too!
I saw this last year when I renewed my membership. You don't have to compete however you do need to pay membership fees once every three years. You are correct 👍
I'm no IFBBPL defender but tbh I always assumed something like this was the case; I don't know of any organization that certifies anything in any field that allows you to keep active status forever with no dues. Does this mean there was a time when you could continue to refer to yourself as an "IFBB Pro" for the rest of your life even if you _never_ paid dues? I kind of suspect this was always the rule but for some reason someone decided to post on it now, perhaps because of a new enforcement initiative? Jeff Seid is another interesting case; he's an Olympian but recently competed in a natty league, and even proceeded to earn a natty pro card! (His final show; whereupon he finally officially retired from bodybuilding.) An interesting choice given the evolution of the MP division. But he should have lost his pro card the moment he paid the entry fee. And I don't think I've heard anything about it.
Great rule, 3 years as professional status, then earn it back 🤘, if you don't compete you are not pro any more, social media builders won't flaunt anymore who hardly participate in shows, atleast we know now they pay for the pro status
The back improvements Samson has made in the past year are absolutely incredible. It reminds me of when CBum stepped on stage in 2020 and blew everyone away with how much his back had improved.
Kyle coaches a bunch of pretty impressive "influencers" and after meeting him a few times I can tell he's extremely smart & meticulous. Super excited to see what him and Nick bring
I liked the video because I like the content in general, and this is how I am paying for it, but I really prefer shorter videos, not longer than 15 minutes. It’s just a perfect way to start the day for me with BB updates but I struggle to watch a 30 minute video as I don’t have such long time slot available.
Seems like the IFBB is focussed on increasing their bottom line this year and run as a better business! I like this rule change significantly more than adding the fit pro division. I think this mostly only applies to the hundreds of pros who got pro cards to grow their social medias and don't really compete. I think there's great potential for increasing profits and I love it!
Since they have to renew their ifbb pro cards otherwise they have to go to a pro qualifier to get it back it would be crazy to see someone that's already established pro lose to an amateur
that rule is so good, its also gonna raise the level up of the new pros coming in, there are waaaaay too many new pros, who dont necessarily deserve it. Massive W
Dude I had the same thought. I used to like Sergio but I noticed on podcasts that he can kind of be really rude and insulting at times. I mean he kept on saying that multiple shows had ‘weak lineups’ and not realizing how insulting that is to all the competitors. He also made jokes about the idea of losing to Shaun Clarida… and then proceeded to lose to him. Plus he keeps on doing all of this stuff while not competing himself at all, like he’s happy to criticize but not happy to actually put himself out there and be critiqued. He’s become kind of a jerk in my opinion and I think he brings a lot of the backlash on himself.
Gotta disagree about the take on blessings lower half, his legs are looking way thicker, especially from the side and you can see he actually holds a fair bit less fat in his legs than the rest of his body. I think he'll look by far the most balanced we've seen him once he starts cutting down Although it seems like his lats might now be the limiting factor (aside from obvious condition issues)
The videos are always great, Nick, regardless of length. Don't make them for cardio content, just report the news, no matter the length. Nick W has, at the very least, a Big Ramy-ish track record at this point, and needs to compete and look great. That being said, Nick W, Sergio Jr, and especially Samson, look much better than Blessing, at around 300 pounds. Great content, Nick. Keep crushing it. 👍💪💯

😂I'm sorry but it's soo funny to see the switch up about samson since the olympia. He always looks well conditioned before his shows throughout the off season but his progress conditioning-wise tapers off. And this progress video is very similar to all his pics before the olympia and even the tsunami. He's great but this is nothing he hasn't shown us before
It only makes senses to maintain membership roles, not shocking. Doesn’t hurt to chip in a bit and promote the sport, one day these athletes might hit jackpot
its to eek out the lower level broke guys who dont compete anymore...to many 1 and done pros frontin brings down the active "pros" prestige...especially if your not even current on your dues
People just aren’t getting it. You don’t have to compete as long as you keep paying your fees. All these “Bodybuilder X is finished” posts just show you didn’t actually listen to the video. If guys are advertising as an IFBB Pro I’m pretty sure they are paying their fees.
I think we should write off Nick Talker because remember he doesn’t thrive when his life is super good or whatever. He only excels when he’s on the ropes.

you also think that you can know the quantities used by looking at the picture, so it's hard to take it seriously.
I like these longer videos. Have you ever thought about doing long form interviews with coaches and competitors? I think you would do a really good job at it.
Nick can not change his body. The judges were problematic in their standards when Nick did win. These are not negative comments just realistic.
Opinion
3 minutes and 10 seconds into your video were you talking about the renewing of the ifbb pro card is a good idea
Surely most people would just say former ifbb pro in their intros 🤷♂️
That doesn't sound as good though
its to eek out the lower level broke guys who dont compete anymore...to many 1 and done pros frontin brings down the active "pros" prestige...especially if your not even current on your dues
I thought the same as soon as I saw the update of blessing. Legs definitely lagging
People just aren’t getting it. You don’t have to compete as long as you keep paying your fees. All these “Bodybuilder X is finished” posts just show you didn’t actually listen to the video. If guys are advertising as an IFBB Pro I’m pretty sure they are paying their fees.
Samson does seem to be making improvement so that’s good. I don’t really know who else is improving at his rate ..
Nick looks very sad :(
Yeah he’s the depressing personality type of dude… let’s hope he doesn’t do nothing crazy 🙏
The rule says Active members “may compete”. If they required competing to remain Active it would say “must compete”.
I'd rather it be competing instead of renewing
I think we should write off Nick Talker because remember he doesn’t thrive when his life is super good or whatever. He only excels when he’s on the ropes.
Grow up and Move on!
@@ddbb-o8tdo you not read good or something?
@ why you talking about something you know nothing about
Yes, Nick, longer videos. Please, guy!!!
It would be interesting to know how much it cost to renew your IFBB membership?
Watch every second of it. Worth the cardio. 🤣 loving cardio more now. 🤣
I‘m amazed how nick can talk 7 min about a topic which isn’t one 😂😂😂
