That is a nice little house, decent for the money if the neighborhood is not high in crime. Nice tour, Brian, well done. I have no doubt she will find someone pretty quickly to rent it. Makes me wish I was moving to the Philippines soon. Oh well, if God is willing and that day comes, I will find another nice house to live in. Pagpalain kayo ng Diyos.
Brian, that's a great house!!! Wish I could move in!!!! Everything you show an video, man, I'd love to be the yesterday!!!!! Thanks Brian from cold South Dakota!!
I learn alot from watching these videos to Im subscibe to an few UA-camrs that live in the Philippines and each video are very different but I still learn alot
Hi Brian, I just got off from work and decided to check your blog as usual. After watching this video, I'm grateful for this important info your spreading specially for me because I have plan to retire in the PI in 5 years from now. thanks for your info I can setup and plan ahead for whatever I needed specially the housing and other expenses. Again, Thanks for your terific blog. Take Care and Peace-Out !!!
i agree on this, the bathroom is way to small to be comfortable. The sink is just basic like in a public bathroom. Cooking area limited too. Like another commented, Brian house a way better at a similar price. Not bad but I would feel like stuck in compound with no view. But I am sure many would like to rent it as it is clean and new.
Yes I concur it is a nice clean and very secure place also peacefully quiet I am hoping to find a rental that is a fixer upper on a piece of workable land on negros or Bohol hopefully in the higher regions where you get the ocean breezes and it is a little cooler I would be happy with just a 1/4 acre or 1/2 just enough land to grow a few vegetables and fruit trees would be great for me thanks for showing us this nice house in Angeles :)
Have you checked out "A foreigner living in the Philippines" channel? The foreigner and his gf live in a house I'd guess is at least 30% larger than this one, on a lot at least 3 times bigger....for P8K!!!!!!!! Angeles city must be about the most expensive Provincial place to live in the Philippines!
How are you? My brother I'm asking about that house. Is that house already gone because I'm living in the Philippines right now over in Pampanga, and I'm a little interested in that house. Has it gone yet.
Brain, It's a Great home for the price.💵 And it looks better than brand new. 😲 Thumbs up 👍Very professional done. Looking forward to more House or Apartments for rent. 🏠
Nice place Brian 👍 if anyone knows landscaping and what plants to buy and put extra work into it(curb appeal) she might go down a little. Like Brian said she wants someone who will not trash it.
if it was fully furnished and put on airbnb they could get over $800p/m, i'm currently looking on airbnb for quezon city area & davao i have seen places similar
Really nice house. Reasonable rental price Should be cost-effective for utilities and furniture. But what does the non-flood zone really mean? Brian, Is that possible with all the weather possibilities in that area of the Philippines? Bill.
Oh i have a question, how did you add the hashtags above title for the video? and what software do you use for video editing. 300$ a month, can we talk, i would like to get contact info
I agree, but the prices everywhere in AC have skyrocketed in the last 3 or 4 years, most folk blame the Koreans as they seem willing to pay more than the average westerner.
$400 usd a month is awesome, just thinking what you get here in LA for $400 a month maybe a 300 sq ft. apartment in a ghetto. Thanks for walk through, show a few more...thanks!
I would be interested in this house. But my main question is if I'm going to install central AC and some other items what happens to them if I decide to move after a few years.
Alan Lawson Maybe a split unit or a big ref type AC unit u see in a restaurant. Its not common in the Philippines to have central AC in a home. Its ok for commercial establishments and malls. U need to install ducting and have a big unit. Also AC vents in every room like here in the US. It is very expensive and your electric bill will be huge since a thermostat will control your usage. If you have a room with nobody in it it will be air conditioned even if you close the vents air will still sip through it.
@@woodpeckery Split unit are more efficient a,d quite and usually you just have to fill the holes in the concrete wall and paint it when you remove it. Just have an agreement with the landlord before you do it.

In most cities, the nice neighborhoods are only a couple blocks away from the bad ones. Why steal from your poor street, when you can walk five minutes and steal from the rich one?
Electrical outlets pretty sparse. Also, am I correct that the shower and toilet are right off the kitchen? If so a rather odd location don't you think.
For a an American man yeah that is dirt cheap very reasonable and I'm pretty sure if you pay the whole rent up front for the whole year you wouldn't have to have two months security deposit and you probably could get a deal somewhere around 3:25 a month and pay the whole thing all at once I'm pretty sure she would like to have $3,600 US dollars upfront then waiting every month for 380
That is a big upscale house just me i do not need all that. i like the small modest home tours$ I follow all you guys it is educational. I like subic bay i was told forigners can buy land there?
Brian you left that a couple of important things here in the United States whenever you rent a house or an apartment this is what kind of standard dishwasher stove refrigerator hot water heater air conditioning but out there in the Philippines out there in the Philippines you must furnish all that I listed above including the hot water heater also if you're renting a house here in the states you also get a washer and dryer and there in the Philippines you have to furnish that yourself
@@woodpeckery now don't get me wrong in the Philippines you can get the appliances in whatever house or apartment you're renting but it UPS the rent a lot which is ridiculous
Great home and really nice work done on it but the renter should not have to buy and install the AC. It's gonna be a hard place to live in come March/April.
Great info love your channel but the doors on the shower room and toilet room look a tad tight??? Maybe open outwardly or was it just the view from the camera?? Keep up the great work,,
Funny how an Expat would even try to Jew down (Forgive me, I'm an Old Codger, Very Un-PC) the price of a Rental House in AC. Probably the same guy has no issues paying 3000p+ Barfines. 20K p/Mo. for that house sounds MORE than reasonable to me.
Love your videos. How long can you stay on a Visa? If I plan to retire there, do I have to renew my Visa every month? If I marry a Filipino would I lose my US citizenship
If i was going to stay there a long time, i would want fans with lights on them added instead of the light fixtures in the roof. As a foreigner, we die in that heat.... Also it looks like the grass areas are higher then the walkway, so if it rains then the water will just flow off of the grass which is exactly what you dont want, Brian your house has it correct you want it lower. Bathroom is setup kind of weird....not sure how that would work. My two cents.
You just tell the owner that you're moving out in 3 or 4 months, and don't pay anymore rent till you use up your deposit, that seems to be accepted way of doing it here.
Dumb question for you: when I watch those kind of videos, most - if not all point out the security windows and doors as one of the most important features of a hose. My resulting question is: Is the crime rate and especially break ins so high that it becomes a necessity ?
That seem to be a decent price of $387 for that country, considering the whole place is renovated. Only thing there is a lot of security windows and high walls.
