I left KZN 24 years ago and moved to Cape Town. It is not easy to find a decent curry place here that makes a Durban type of curry. There are Pakistani and Bangladeshi curry places but their curry is different. So I make my own curries with spices sourced from Durban. I do it exactly the same way as you do it here. Thank you for the video, next time I visit Durban I am definitely making a visit to the Britainia.
