"Where did they get this cast tho?" Apparently Pretty Little Liars, That's So Raven, Unfabulous, and the Jonas Brothers show. It's seriously trippy to see these people in a movie together.
There’s also Artie from Glee, Bowser from Teenage Bounty Hunters and Sam from Dear White People. There are honestly quite a lot of actors that didn’t disappear into the void after this movie but went on to do other things, and a few of them really successfully!
That's so true tho! It doesn't show too much in this movie unfortunately. And also… I WANTED HER TO SING MORE T_T she's such a great singer! But oh well, her role wouldn't allow it sadly...

Mickey Frickin mouse **whispers** I’m in my college dorm wearing my fuzzy powerpuff girl socks, writing in my fuzzy powerpuff girl notebook that I decorated myself
Lol the whole point of that “emotional scene” at the party - where Cherish says he’s a good dad, is to show that the dad actually only cares about Meredith, because he can’t even remember the younger daughter’s name. The entire time he’s stammering to remember it and keeps calling her nicknames when he can’t think of it.
Lmao yeah if they're supposed to be 13/14...they cast a bunch of girls, nay, WOMEN... who are like 17, 18, 19, 20 or *possibly* within a couple years more even that are JUST young enough to play high school students 17-18. Like that's the age range they cast for some inexplicable reason. If they'd have cast actresses that were like actually 16, they would've been able to pull off the 14/15 years old you are as a freshman and the 16/17 years old you are two years later as a junior.
“That ones the best actor” he says about Janel Parish who goes on to partly star in a seven season show, star in a spinoff series after that, And then be a part of a million other movies. Especially “to all the boys I’ve loved before” which he reacted to
I only saw the movie through this video and I gotta say I DID like the comeback of the deaf guy to the ignorant girl. Also, the way the deaf guys tries to work with music made me think of Beethoven.
Yes....deaf people hear by feeling vibrations. That is how they listen. That's how blind people see as well. It's not a jarring concept. The line the boy made with "I can't hear but I heard you" was probably the best line in this dumb ass movie lol.
deaf people can still enjoy music from feeling the vibrations and even then, they still cant "listen" without their hearing....but the same does not go for voices because speech vibrations cannot emit the same as a loud speaker, unless maybe the deaf persons hands were on the others throat, they lip read and use sign language. most blind people are not fully "blind" so they can usually still see light and shadows but sound vibrations can only make them aware of the size of the space they're in but in no way can help them see whats in front of them, thats why they have guide dogs or walking sticks.
I think the issue is that picking up on vibrations will not necessarily convey the idea of sequential, variable frequencies and tones and how well they go together (which is a big part of music). They can often pick up on pitch, but not precisely (as in, they might know it's high or low, but not pick up on the exact note within that range). So he would be able to feel the vibrations of the music, but he might not know if she's singing on key. So he shouldn't be so impressed and say she's good. Hopefully that helps!
I literally lived for this movie as a child. I was like it has cultural representation, broken family representation, hs is hard, losing friends, underdogs overthrow popularity, music, poor girl representation. What more could u want. 6yr old me was happy. I was so content.

Meeeee
Was hoping someone had commented on this
Meeee hahahahaha
Not every persons heart is on the left. And the heart is actually more in the middle with a twist/lean to one side
When you have a heart attack you feel the pain and the numbness in the left side
wow, so many scientists and heart surgeons in one thread....
my favourite part of the video: dylan forecasting what's gonna happen and then it actually does happen

the best joke was the I have god and anime on my side and then you played them side by side. I absolutely lost my shit when you zoomed in on their screaming faces idk why
"Where did they get this cast tho?"
Apparently Pretty Little Liars, That's So Raven, Unfabulous, and the Jonas Brothers show.
Aaand don't forget about Jon Voight
and one of the main girl's minions is from the vampire diaries
@@niamhhanna3937 yep Quinn malese jow played anna in tvd.

the girl who played Jade is actually a good actress, she was Mona on Pretty Little Liars.

Dylan needs to watch Pretty Little Liars!!!
That's so true tho! It doesn't show too much in this movie unfortunately.
And also… I WANTED HER TO SING MORE T_T she's such a great singer!
But oh well, her role wouldn't allow it sadly...
The girl who played Sasha is the main character in Dear White People. Also a good actress. This movie's just poorly written.
And shes actually a good singer
Can we talk about how the credits were written entirely in comic sans
may we just appreciate that the 'nerd' that is Jade's love interest is Tom Hanks' son Chet Hanks...

I love how high Dylan’s voice gets when he’s frustrated
Lol the whole point of that “emotional scene” at the party - where Cherish says he’s a good dad, is to show that the dad actually only cares about Meredith, because he can’t even remember the younger daughter’s name. The entire time he’s stammering to remember it and keeps calling her nicknames when he can’t think of it.
“Grow up girl” DYLAN THEY WERE LIKE 13 or 14 😂
Look at the actresses you would have never guessed 😂
Lmao yeah if they're supposed to be 13/14...they cast a bunch of girls, nay, WOMEN... who are like 17, 18, 19, 20 or *possibly* within a couple years more even that are JUST young enough to play high school students 17-18. Like that's the age range they cast for some inexplicable reason. If they'd have cast actresses that were like actually 16, they would've been able to pull off the 14/15 years old you are as a freshman and the 16/17 years old you are two years later as a junior.
Rachel K okay I was joking, you don’t have to be so serious about it. I don’t really care how old they are in real life.

I liked that you assumed the mom was on drugs. It seems pretty realistic.
My dad is deaf so he reads lips to understand people
deaf people can still enjoy music from feeling the vibrations and even then, they still cant "listen" without their hearing....but the same does not go for voices because speech vibrations cannot emit the same as a loud speaker, unless maybe the deaf persons hands were on the others throat, they lip read and use sign language.
most blind people are not fully "blind" so they can usually still see light and shadows but sound vibrations can only make them aware of the size of the space they're in but in no way can help them see whats in front of them, thats why they have guide dogs or walking sticks.
starting off with "deaf people hear" was only your first mistake, lol...i dont need to read the rest to know youre probly wrong
That's actually pretty badass
"did she od?" "shes high on crack" "its her dealer" LMAO
I literally lived for this movie as a child. I was like it has cultural representation, broken family representation, hs is hard, losing friends, underdogs overthrow popularity, music, poor girl representation. What more could u want. 6yr old me was happy. I was so content.

Janel Parrish (overbearing Asian parents) and Logan Browning (broken up black parents) are pretty great actors outside of this.
