Heyy, I analysed your video okay. First your video is great. But you could enhance your workout a bit, for gains without changing anything in your program. And it's simply by adding 1 second on the negative and pausing at the end of your rep. So the tempo should be 1-1-3-1. 1 Sec positive, 1 sec contraction, 3 second negative, 1 second stretch. If you don't chase the pump nor the strenght, and you want to get ''Huge'' consider working on your tempo, just to maximise growth, it'll remove a rep or 3 on your set, so more stimulation more intensity and less volume, which is what we want. Other than that, this is pretty much my workout, I got huge doing upper lower (even in im on 400test), I gained a LOOOT on lean mass focusing on the negative, cuz that's where the gains are at. Very good from you to go to failure. Great workout. You deserve my follow.

Thank you a lot. I’m trying my best to have good execution on all my lifts and sets, because just as you said, there’s a looot to get from that. I’m gonna look over the execution on all my lifts and fix these ques before I progress anything further.🙏🏽

@Gabee_dev eventually yes, if you keep lifting heavier and heavier it will get more strenuous for the neck, also its not as ideal for pec growth as ur caving in a bit with ur chest when doing that, its better to push ur neck down in the bench! 💪👍
