- Rudy's M5 is known locally as "The Beast!" The M5 was extensively modified by Tim and Ryan Yost of Autobahn West Enterprises. Along with Dinan goodies, the car has a very unique center mounted exhaust system just like the E28 M5. The sound is somewhere between NASCAR and Teutonic thunder! This machine is fitting for a Marine. It walks hard and carries a big stick. (or dildo)

TheBlackdragon936 We are! Steve (Soofy) is a good friend of ours. We just kind of do our own thing as most of the car clubs are too strict or not strict enough. We are roommates, so we roll everywhere together.

Oh man, I saw this car for sale when I was looking for my own E39 M5. Unfortunately it sold before I could come have a look at it. Think it was being sold for around $22K at the time and had about 120K miles. Should have scooped it up. Although that exhaust may have been a wee bit loud for my neighborhood lol.

Rudy, I have been following that car for sometime. That is one badass e39 M5. Im a owner of one myself with similar mods however it does not sound as good as yours.
Thanks a lot Reginald, I'm glad you enjoy and understand the e39 M5. Some people hate the loudness some appreciate the sound. It's all personal preference, I'm sure yours sounds amazing!

No. I put APEX ARC-8's with Nitto NTO-5's on it... I love the way it looks and drives even more now. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Absolutely, I hate the plastic expansion tanks. Zionsville has a aluminum expansion tank with their radiators.

You guys going to bimmerfest 2017? I am doing the SD caravan as well. I am in Mira Mesa. I'll have to check out the shop in El Cajon I've never hear of it. If I like it I'll send a lot of business his way.
I'm on the fence about going. To be honest the event last year was a huge cluster "f**k* I registered to park my E28 M5 in the vintage section but there was no real designated areas. People were just parking where ever they wanted to. Idiots doing burn outs and endangering spectators...I could go on. I really don't think I want to expose my family and M5 to that again.
Ah. I was parked near the food event stand and the race track entry and had none of that.
Don’t waste your time with Autobahn West. The owner is a shady douchebag.
