Thinking like this is sort of the problem. Take a hint man, he doesn't want you interrupting his fucking performance. Neither do the rest of us to be honest.
People just don't understand what comedy or standup really is. It should be treated with the same respect as a musical performance, opera, broadway play, it's all art being performed for the benefit of those attending and has taken hours and hours of hard work to write and know by heart by the person/people performing it.
Why do people deem it necessary to heckle or interrupt Bo at his shows? Like, it's one thing if you're doing it to someone like Louis C.K. who does regular standup but when you do it to Bo in the middle of a monologue that completely throws him off and you can tell it annoys him. He always manages to handle himself pretty well when it happens, though.
never heckle americans* ever, cause here in France it's very common for performers to interect with the public like that, lot of french performers can last 3 hours show like that, so actually it's funny to see how it's different in US
Its not a US vs France thing, some American comedians are fine with it or even like it. I know Bill Burr has said he's ok with heckling, as long as it's within reason. But Bo Burnham does a performance that is sort of deliberately artificial and very precisely choreographed, which heckling ruins and turns into a conversation with the audience, so it's just not the right kind of show for heckling at, but that doesn't stop people.
If you want to heckle a stand up comedian go see Kheiron (French),his show is 100% on that, each show is different and is on UA-cam. It’s very different from Bo Burnham but it’s also cool !
I would love to have a high conversation with this man. His way of thinking is so deep/different I’d have a separate spiritual awakening just talking to him
I’m pretty sure that wasn’t after can’t handle this. That song puts Bo through a lot so I don’t imagine him being on stage for very long after plus this was in 2015
If you like Bo’s work, you might like this edit I made using clips from his show "Zach Stone Is Gonna Be Famous" set to his song "Goodbye" (from the "Inside" special): ua-cam.com/video/iyqYtC7saDM/v-deo.html
Lol a good lesson is to never interrupt Bo Burnham lol
If you do a UA-cam search for Bo burnham dealing with hecklers it's honestly so funny
00:48
Woman: ah!
Bo: aAHH!
i think she said "boo!" but that was still really funny XD
@@deripfina nah it was ah

Exactly. You should never interrupt and only make noise other than laughing when the audience is clearly being spoken to (for example: "sing along!"l
I love how he responds to people shouting at him and coming up to the stage its amazing

they do it to get noticed cause they know there's a chance of him responding
zombiedrea If someone really feels the need to heckle, save it for Jimmy Carr. Half of his shows are dealing with hecklers and he enjoys it

bo is straight savage.
I was there when the girl did this, and it was so freaking funny!!!
Everyone's talking about the hecklers and ignoring that amazing dog shit joke that didn't make the final cut of Make Happy.
It’s because he did it after can’t handle this
Man I really wish he posted more of these on his youtube and on Netflix.... they are so GOOD!
I don't entirely know but something tells me he's freaking out and this is his way of dealing with it. He says he's had panic attacks on stage.
Bo Burnham: Master of Misdirection
"AAAAH!"
"AAAH!" XD
A world on fire
Its funny because you look at bos performances when they're being recorded and you're like "hes changed so much" but hes always the same bo lol
Well he's changed now. He's better now 😾
WHY do people do this at comedy shows?
People are assholes and want 15 seconds of fame most likely.
Because the responses are usually very funny?
+Tarmin Slingerfinger
More often then not, they arent. And when they are, its isnt timed well and interrupts a bit.
hes so cute
i love him
U guys are simps
Bo Burnham inserts his belt under the label on his pants

Me: XD omg savage
Me: wow, I wish this joke format would die
