Ingredients:
1 egg
sugar 100g (1/2 cup)
vanilla extract 5ml (1 tsp)
vegetable oil 60ml (1/4 cup)
milk 80ml (1/3 cup)
flour 160g (1 1/3 cup)
baking powder 8g (2 tsp)
white vinegar 15ml (1 tbsp)
almond flakes
baking pan 10 x 20cm
bake at 180C (350F) for 30-35 minutes
