    Since 6years I am using millet. Previously I am diabet patient. After using millet my Hba1c is 5.9 yesterday I have checked kidney liver hemoglobin readings are normal I am 79 yers old after using the mllets l am in good health riding car scooter I'm not using sugar rice. Wheat coffee tea milk only millet and season wise fruits vegetables and Desi cows mik curds palm jaggery.

    *I am a diabetic. Last two times before blood sugar checking I followed this meal which is also my regular diet :: 1and 1/2 cup rice, one boiled karela, one type of vegetable curry and salad. My blood test result:: Fasting sugar :82, PP: 76. HbA1c ::5.9. It was nearly same last time.*
    *I regularly practise Yoga and use to walk in the morning three days/week nearly 3km/day.*
    *Conclusion ::Eat seasonal vegetables,balanced foods and do exercise.*
    *I don't know what is the advantages of millets. May be there are huge benefits. But I follow those meals which I am habituated to take every day throughout my life. Just I stop taking several packaged foods, fast foods, etc. which I was earlier eating.*

    Dear Doctor, thanks for your nice presentation. I myself did 2 month course of 5 sridhanya millets . My HBA1C came from 6.7 to 5.9. Even my doctor is surprised. Regime is like this - No dairy, sugar, Rice, Wheat and Meat thats all. You will get back your bountiful life back with no strings attached. No meds even. Just to forget my BP came from 140/92 to 112/74. point i am trying to convey its not one time millet will change something. But disciplined regimen gives result in guranteed 90 days
    One of my acquaintances brought his HBA1C count from 8.5 to 6.0 in just 2 months. Leaving Sugar, Rice and Wheat. I can attach his medical report. He is taking amli made from sridhanya millets(brown top, foxtail, kodo, little and foxtail millet). I cannot add images of his report on this else I could have done it.

    For any positive millet, make sure you soak for 8 hours and do not cook in cooker, use open vessel and cook on low flame. Do not add ghee or Salt when you are cooking. Always take double quantity of veg curry of cooked millet. You can also eat with curd (curd made of desi cow milk). I ate kodo millet with Rajma ( cooked without oil) in dinner and next day morning fasting sugar was 92. Diabetes is lifestyle disease and it can be easily reversed. You should do regular yoga and walking. Eat your dinner early (btw 6pm to 8 pm), lunch around 11am to 12 pm. No grain before lunch (just take salad or fruits till your lunch)

    Millets also contain carbohydrates like wheat and rice: the difference is that millets contain upto 12.5% of fiber, as against wheat and rice which contain about 0.5% to 0.1%respectively. Due to the high content of good fiber in millets, the glucose is released very slowly in stages and there is no sugar spike. Also a very small amount of millet gives sataity and one will not feel hungry for a long time making the calories consumed considerably less. One should eat only millets for at least 3 months before coming to any conclusion.

      What your saying is wrong. If I compare foxtail millet it contains 9 gm fibre and aashirwad wheat atta contains around 10.4 gm atta
      So wheat contains more fibre than millet in this case. In case of maida fibre content will be less than millet. Please check the backside label then you will find out. From where did you get the information wheat contains 0.5 percentage fibre. It is wrong. Please read the label before coming to such conclusion.

    You are already prediabitic. While taking millets, your insulin is already at 116 and eating any carbohydrate will increase blood sugar. For digestion needs al least 5 hours if you are doing labour work and minimum 6 to 7 hours if you are doing office type work. The correct way of eating millet is include green veggies . The sugar level will not increase. The meal should have 25% protein (cooked dal), 15% green Veggie salad and 25% cooked vegetable and remaining 35% millets. The blood sugar level certainly will be positive.

    I tried sridhanya millets for 3 months and when I started my hb1ac was 5.9 and after 3 months my Hb1Ac was still 5.9 but I lost 8-9 kg of weight.

      @@DIAAFIT Sirji Im following but have some confusion. My mother got CKD due to UTI in 2020 but now we managed to almost reverse it and her serum creatinine is 1.19 now. How much protein do we need to consider while calculating according to TDEE? Secondly, I've noticed that carbs are below 26% but total calorie goes up by 300-400. Will that effect in the program? Her weight is in range of BMI. Please guide 🙏

    Millets are to convert into glucose take 5 to 6 hours. How your blood sugar will increase within 2 hours.It surprising.
    I am diabetic , I have personally checked my blood sugar after taking millets in breakfast was 116 (fasting sugar was 96). I am running 69 years.

      Good info. Didn't know millets take 5 to 6 hours. But after 2 hours, taking reading is recommended. Is your reading after 4 to 6 hra or after 2 hours. Did u ever measure after 2 hrs and what was the reading uf u did.

    I have been eating millets for the past 3 years. I have a balance meal with equal quantity of millet ( grain) , protein Dal or legumes), vegetables and salad and my sugar levels are always below 160. So its not the millets which are a problem, but the wrong proportion of grain and salad, and absence of protein.

      Depends how much quantity we use. Cooking 30 gms of millets it becomes 100 gms. That much is enough for diabetic patients.we should include veggies,good fats.

    I use millets one time for about 1 year, sugr never increases much , its very gud, but i also follow ur healthy fat concept,, not able to reverse , but stable at 6.5 hba1c

    Sir muze itna pta hai millet se mera ek week mai hi diabetic thik ho gya aur wo bhi bilkul sahi mera fasting 80 to 90 hota hai aur pp 100to 130 muze 3 years ho gae hai mai bilkul. Normal ho gya hu bhar ka bhi kha leta huu kabhi kabhi millet se mai 100 % tik hu ,🙏

    After adapting millet's ambali in the morning diet and no food after 7pm my HbA1c drops from 9.8 to 8.1 in just 2 months. I m confident that it will come below 7 after 3 months.

      Yes first thing ppl need to start with ambali . Setting good gut bacteria will solve many issues. Yes it will surely come down. I have experienced the same. Taking ambali.. reduces blood sugars..also take only 30 gms of millet and cook that becomes 100 gms .That is enough for diabetic patients.

    Sridhanya millets se maine bp reverse Kiya hai,south india me ugate hain, unpolished use karna hai.achhe result ke liye first ambali se start karna hai.sirf kodo hi use karne se faida nahi hoga iske saat
    1) little millet
    2)kodo
    3) foxtail -for sugar
    4)browntop
    5) barnyard ye sab dhanya ku 2din use karne ke baad dusra dhaya use karna hai minimum 6to 9 week me sugar,bp sab control hota hai
    Iske saat chai Piya,sweets khaye junk food ,white rice khaye to sugar control me nahi ayega .
    Wheat,rice ,milk sugar,oil ko natural tarike ke products se replace karna padega .
    Zyada jankari ke liye Dr khadarrvali ke vedios follow karo

      Diabetes ppl should have only 25% grains in their meal rest all should be veggies,fats,proteins. Once we reduce load of carbs on pancreas. Once pancreas heals then we can increase the amount that takes years may be..Millets have other vitamins and minerals which white rice n wheat does not have ,It is definitely super food. Food is not just carbs lot of other essential nutrients ,vitamins required for body to function properly... MIllet is surely super food.

    Dear sir, if you want excellent benefits of millets soak millets in morning then cook in evening make it watery add little curd and after 8 hours( i. e morning) if you consume you can see real benefits

    Ek baar ke meal se fark nahi padta bhai sahaaab siridhanya millet pehle cleanse karta hai organs daily bassis par khane se tab jaakar 6 month me asar padna shuru hota hai body to body time lagta hai bhaiya

    Doc , i eat 200 gm daily at night, nevrr post prandial sugr nevrr goes above 160,
    millets wrk , i mix veggies also with it ,
    i dont think u r correct this time,
    i wud like to tell viewers to have vegetables like soyabean or lauki or palak with it..
    i do like ur concept of diiaafit diet also

      Also I had mixed lots of veggies too in my dish. I forgot to mention that> But I had taken 100 g uncooked kodo millets. Before making any judgement whether i am correct or not Please watch my video again and again. I mentioned that quantifying is very impotant. And every individual is different. Just because your sugar does not rise does not mean no ones blood sugar will rise. Every individual is diffirent. Hope this helps for your understanding.

      I eat 200 to 240 gm cooked millets wth veggies, not taking any medicines, u r methods r one of the best, but just that i m not into nonveg , m eggetarian ,so protein part bcms difficult , so i take millets one time at night, in lunch i mix jwar with besan nd lauki , prepar a flour , nd roti of this ata,
      i must say i improved breakfast due to ur videos,
      only i hv eggs, 1 fruit, nd dry fruits, very less carbs,
      u r videos r the ones i wait for, thnks for ur comment...
      u gave me hope that i can reverse it,
      as u said every indiviual is different,

      @@aadarshchoudhary4321 yes surely , keep it to 1 time a day, eat millet rice or millet chapati, but always keep ur carbs in check, mix veggies with rice, try other reciepies like idli ,dosa, , but max 4-5 idlis at a time, u can also have millet cookies, but less is key if u hv diabetes,

    Jab aapko sugar hai nhi to sugar level badh kar kyu aaya. Aap logo ko kyu healthy diet se door kar rahe hain. Aapane sabji dal milakar nhi pakaya, kya aapane ise overnight soak kiya. Bina salt ke kodo millet pakaya, kya ise fermentation ke liye 7-8 hrs rakha. Nhi , aapne galat tarike se pakaya aur ferment bhi nhi kiya. Fermented millet probiotic hota hai, iska carbs already half metabolise ho chuka hota hai. Fermented millet khane ke baad aapka sugar level itna nhi badhta.
    And above all ,mere bina permission ke aapne mera kodo millet ki pic use ki.

    Milets regulate blood sugar. so eating for 3 or 4 months regularly and checking results is good. Also Dr.Khadar Vali says only two fists of our hand is enough per meal .Generally many of them eat a lot so eating in more quantity we can't solve any issue .Be it millet or any other grain for that matter. Food is medicine and eating in limits is always recommended..

    mera khayal hai ,type 2 diabetes ya iinsulin resistance ka ek karan motapa ya wajan adhik hona ya pet jyada nikala hona hai,,,millets vajan kam karte hain,kam matra me khane par hi trupti mil jati hai,shayad isaka prabhaw diabetes par padata hai.halat sudharane lagati hai.
    saath hi millets ka g.i. kam hota hai.blood sugar dhire dhire blood me release hota hai,usake alawa petbbhi der takbbhara rahata hai.millets bahut se hain.
    waise jitanivbhi diets hain,sabana antim uddeshy vajan kam karna ,carb ka intake kam karana hi hai.jisake parinam swarup HbA1c kam hone lagati hai.
