You are not clear. With barley or ragi atta alone. you cannot make a chapati. It has to be mixed with other atta, like simple wheat atta or multi grain atta, only then you can make a chapati, otherwise it breaks away. You can not make a chapati with single barley or ragi atta. Secondly ragi roti tastes better than barley roti. which is darker in appearance.
