    Mini Raspberry Bundt Cake Recipe🍰
    1/2 (113g) Unsalted Butter (softened to room temperature)
    1 Cup (214g) Sugar
    2 Large Eggs
    Zest of One Lemon
    1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
    2/3 Cup (168g) Vanilla Yogurt
    2 1/2 Cups (330g) All Purpose Flour
    2 Tsp Baking Powder
    7 Oz Fresh Raspberries
    *This Recipe Made 6 Mini Cakes
    *Bake at 350f 25 to 30min
    *EVERY OVEN IS DIFFERENT SO USE THE BAKING TIME I GIVE AS A GUIDE
    *Check Mini Bundt Cakes with a Toothpick at the 25min mark if there is wet batter bake for another 3 to 5min
    *Top with Fresh Whipped Cream or Vanilla Ice Cream and Dust with Powdered Sugar or Vanilla Glaze
    *These Mini Bundt Cakes are Soft, Dense and Moist Closer to a Muffin and not Overly Sweet**
