2 Large Eggs (Room Temperature)
Zest 1 Orange
1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
1 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
🔴Bake in a 8 inch pan
For about 45 to 50min
*EVERY OVEN IS DIFFERENT SO USE THE BAKING TIME AS A GUIDE!

The yolks are there, my eggs were at room temperature and I mixed them together a little off camera.

These cupcakes turned out delicious!! SO fluffy and moist!!!! Super easy to make too! I kept the time to 25 minutes and I had a 12 cup muffin pan, and it came out amazing. Thank you for this yummy recipe!! 🌸🤍🤤🌸
