Thank you for sharing your experience. The video is very useful! As for me, I have started my way fighting with acne and spots and pores. I've made the yellow peel with my cosmetologist and now my skin renewed. I use recommend by the cosmetologist products for my home skincare and hope it will work together with procedures. Holly Land is brand which is used during procedures and as a home care. Now I rather like it and see first results.
Yay! I’m glad it was helpful 🥰 it’s really good that you started the fight for a better skin 👊🏼💪🏼 I’m sure you’ll have good results if your cosmetologist recommended you treatments and home products!! Fingers crossed 🤞🏼🍀 🥳
Thank you so much for your helpful videos! I have many dark spots. Do you think I can use Glycolic Acid after using 5% BPO Wash Gel? I’ve been using BPO now for 3-4 weeks. I think my face should have built some tolerance.
Hi nadia!! I have a question how was your experience with chemical peel? How long it took for u to get the results? I'm on my acne journey it's really hard for me to look in the mirror , my dermatologist recommended me to get a chemical peel considering my PI erythema and acne but I'm scared of the side effects.. help me out please 🙏
Hi Lily, I've done few chemical peels through the years. They work GREAT for the dark spots/hyperpigmentation, are affordable and only take few minutes! As far as I am aware they don't come with many side effects as long as the person who does it is trained/licensed. They aren't done only by dermatologists by the way, could be also done by nurses, medical cosmetologists and other doctors. It usually takes few chemical peel treatments to see good results so see if your doctor offers packages, so you can save $. The only unpleasant part for me is that once they apply the peel on your face it burns for few minutes, so ask for cold air/fan or bring one with you. And of course your skin will be peeling for few days, it's a bit annoying, but it's manageable. Keep in mind PIE is easier to get rid of than post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (when the spots are dark instead of red), what I have, so consider yourself lucky :)))))
Hii, loved the video. It was very informative but i had to ask just one question. I have tried salicylic acid in the past for a day or two but it always breaks out my skin, so i always discontinued. But listening so much that it helps in reducing acne and all that, so can you tell me is it like a way that its supposed to work or is it not working for me? Or should i give it another go and try it for a longer Duration now?
Hi, you aren't supposed to breakout from salicylic acid because it actually helps unclog pores and fight acne. You might breakout from that particular product you have used. Keep in mind that products don't contain ONLY salicylic acid, they've got other ingredients as well. My advise it try another product with salicylic acid. Everybody skin is different, that's why finding the right skincare routine is a bit of test and try. Also, salicylic acid tends to dry the skin, so have a look at the other products/steps in your skincare routine. Maybe you use it with benzoyl peroxide, which could dry your skin additionally? Maybe you don't use moisturiser?
I really thank you for this video because you have such a beautiful flawless skin and I was curious to see your journey. Never had serious problems of acne, but I do notice hyperpigmentation as scar of my rare pimples in the latest years, and larger pores in some area. I usually use La Roche-Posay Effaclar duo to try to prevent clogging and marks, and the Ordinary hyaluronic acid, which i think it works fine and has an awesome unmatched price in relation to the quality.
I'm more than happy to share! Thank you for the nice words! When I was a teenager my skin was absolutely flawless but in my 20's it just went crazy 😂🤭 every day something new - large pores, pimples, spots ... That's why we should't take anything for granted! Ah, I have also used the hyaluronic acid by Ordinary and I liked it as well! In general their products are very good and affordable 🤩
But can I use benzoyl peroxide glycolic acid and adaplane together can you give me a routine I have closed comedones and dark spots and hyperpigmentation and I use cereve sa cleanser and the simple mosturizer and it is also non comedogenic with all this products can you give me a correct routine please
Hi Shanin, at-home treatments aren't very strong so you can't expect quick results. You can of course see some difference but it might take months and even years.
hii! you've also made videos about benzoyl peroxide and as i understand it still has to be used for maintenance so what kind of schedule are you using for balancing the AHA's and BP? thanks a lot! xx
Hi Mariam, when I use acne.org's glycolic acid (it's gel) I mix it with the moisturiser and apply it after BP. That routine was advised by the brand. Hydroquinone you can't mix with benzoyl peroxide at all.. So I would use it 2, 3 times a week at night.. and BP in the other days of the week and in the mornings.
When you buy the product from the pharmacy, the pharmacist should explain you how to use it. Also there're instructions written on the product, so it's best to just follow them.
I am not entirely sure how vitamin C works but normally the skin gets darker just before it starts peel (it happens after chemical peels, or if you use too much benzoyl peroxide and your skin gets dry). So if you're using benzoyl peroxide now it can be from it or maybe you're no using vitamin C correctly or this product is just too strong for you.
Hi, my skincare routine is actually the same. I like it so much I didn’t feel the need to change it. AM: CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser for Normal to Oily Skin + BP + CeraVe Moisturizing Lotion + SPF (if I’m going outdoors) PM: CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser for Normal to Oily Skin + BP + CeraVe Moisturizing Lotion + Glycolic Acid few times a week - 2, 3 or less (sometimes I apply it instead of BP, others.. if I have active pimples I apply both)
I am watching you for the first time and i already love you 💙
Amazing video!!! I have the same issue so super excited to try these ❤️❤️❤️
I’m glad you liked it 🥰🥰

Yes, I think you can start using it now. Just be cautious the first few times.

I’m not sure if you can use them all together, it’s best to visit a dermatologist to give you a proper skincare routine.
I have the Ordinary glycolic toner. Can I use it with BP?
I also have the same toner and sometimes I used them together and it's been fine for me. Other option is to use the toner on its own few times a week.
are skincare products itself gonna help them fade? no need of professional treatment?
Hi Shanin, at-home treatments aren't very strong so you can't expect quick results. You can of course see some difference but it might take months and even years.
natalie portman look alike
thanks!!
No..No, Nadia is even more beautiful.
Does benzoyl peroxide remove dark spots plz reply😔
I personally think that it doesn't .. although some people left comments under my videos saying it helped them for dark spots as well.
Does microneedling helps to get rid of acne scars?
yes, it does 👍🏼 but if the scars are really deep you might need few treatments.
I use plum 5℅ niacinimide serum.. But it gives me acne immediately after using it... I have oily acne prone skin
What should i use for fading marks?
I’ve literally listed so many products for acne marks in the video.
I have a cream which is mixture of
HYDROQUINONE+TRETINOIN+MOMETASONE
and can I use BP WITH this cream together ....
Like u use glycolic+BP
As far as I know you can’t use BP with hydroquinone. Did dermatologist prescribed this cream to you?
@@nadiazayatmakeup No mam ,but my mom using this cream from 4 years and suggested me to use this cream darkspots will be out 🥺
Hmm I don’t think you should use it with benzoyl peroxide to be honest. You need to be careful.
@@nadiazayatmakeup ok thanks for your response. I'll follow ur steps 🙂

Hi. I have to ask something.
So the thing is vitamin c makes my skin darker now is it just me or does it happen with others too?
I am not entirely sure how vitamin C works but normally the skin gets darker just before it starts peel (it happens after chemical peels, or if you use too much benzoyl peroxide and your skin gets dry). Please reply bp is best or the differen adaplane is best
I haven’t used adaplane but benzoyl peroxide is great for acne.
Thank you
You're welcome 💖
Nadia, can you do an updated current skincare routine? Am and pm
