Simple and quick cake with a whole bar of chocolate inside! You must try this recipe, everyone will love the cake. An insanely delicious cake with liquid chocolate that melts in your mouth. Perfect dessert for coffee and tea. All your friends will be asking for this recipe! A new recipe for a quick and tasty chocolate cake. So simple that anyone can do it in 5 minutes! I recommend trying this recipe!
Ingredients:
3 eggs
pinch of salt
sugar 130g
vegetable oil 100ml
milk 200ml
vanilla sugar 5g (sachet)
flour 350g
baking powder 1 tbsp
chocolate 200g
cake mold 20cm
bake at 180C for 35-40 minutes

Here are the ingredients converted to cups:
3 eggs
pinch of salt
sugar 130g (2/3 cup)
vegetable oil 100ml (3/8cup + 2 tsp)
milk 200ml (7/8 cup)
vanilla sugar 5g (1 tsp)
flour 350g (2 3/4 cups)
baking powder 14 g (1 tbsp)
chocolate 200g (7oz)

@@lynnh4923 I always wonder that too. Vanilla beans are dark so how do they have white vanilla powder?
You can probably use vanilla extract instead.

I am a diabetic who misses eating a good cake. That looked delicious and I could just imagine eating it. If there is ever a cure for diabetes I would like to celebrate with a cake just like that!!

@@feliciavale4279 Well, sometimes I do, but that cake has too much chocolate for my system to handle. I can eat fruit cakes on occasions, because they have fructose rather than refined sugar, but it is always a bit of a risk. I am not on insulin as yet, so my body struggles with such things and then I get told off when I have my blood checked!

Florida This reminds me of my banana bread recipe. I notice the density at the bottom seems to be a little denser than at the top. That explains why the chocolate didnt sink deeper into the bread during the cook. You have to get that density just right if you want the chocolate to stay at just the right height otherwise it likes to sink to the bottom. Nicely done.
