      Hard question to answer. In terms of frequency of use, it would be Essence, but I don't really utilize it for correction. Not directly. I guess D151 would be it.

      Loving these videos! Only AIO I've used is Optimum GPS and I've only used it once, I liked it. I've more often used a Hyper Polish followed by a coat of Collinite.

    I do my own car I’m not a professional. I used Adams correction polish to remove a few scratches. I didn’t use my machine yet 🤔I used a orange 🍊 pad by hand got the scratches out. I used a clay bar first then after I got out the scratches I used the paint sealer. I use buttery wax regularly and the ceramic boost. The car has no swirl marks so I’m afraid to use the machine.My powder coated rims I did a ceramic coating and it looks great.The brake dust is a killer with the brembo brakes it’s a Camaro SS 2018.The ceramic coating helps with the brake dust but still get dust.Your videos are definitely helpful Thanks 👍🏻

    • @felixf5211
      @felixf5211 6 років тому +1

      I do a lot of high-performance cars. Actually, that's all I do. Everyone, and I mean everyone, complains about brake dust. There are ways to minimize it at the expense of performance. No one wants to do that. There ways that we, as detailers, can make brake dust easy to remove. That's it. The only option. Brake dust is an unavoidable reality. BTW, it's not the Brembo calipers causing the pads to dust; it's the compound the pad is made of. Just gotta deal with it. Disc brakes = brake dust. No way around it. You can probably tell this is a pet peeve. :)

    • @apexdetail85
      @apexdetail85  6 років тому +1

      And to realize brake dust particles are the most abrasive contaminates to come in contact with the surface of your car.😤 the dust shields are noisy and block airflow. Just a non stop headache.

    The Carpro site says Essence has no fillers but is a ceramic primer if used by machine but they also recommend removing it before coating to be on the safe side. Essence Plus has fillers and is NOT for going under ceramic coatings but is meant to correct coatings. Am I incorrect?

    Are Poorboy’s world polishes with carnauba or sealant, enhancers or «real» polishes with some cut?

  • @BRunkel07
    @BRunkel07 6 років тому

    Interesting! I kind of have my interpretations of one-step and enhancements flipped from yours! I've always thought of enhancements as using an AIO and one-step corrections as using a medium cut polish that will finish out well enough. My favorite AIO is HD Speed, and my favorite one-step polishes are Perfect Finish and D300.

    Thanks a lot for this video AD. Could anyone tell me, if I was to use AW Enigma aio... I do a quick test panel. I'm not happy with it and feel I need to work it more. Because this product finishes down to a sealant, can I rework that section again or do I need to break down the sealant first as I won't be fighting the sealant before I get to the clear coat? I hope this is understood Brian. Also, I have a simple but old DA polisher. Would there be much of a difference using these products with say a rupes or flex polisher?
