*OMG this is brilliant!* *I am painting on a blazer for a mermaid themed coat and this technique with the stickers and painter's tape will work perfectly for the stencil.*

Mark, i recently said I am a super fan!! I have to ask a question… like on your candy over virtual chrome and your other smooth as glass demo jobs… are you Spraying that good.. smooth as glass or are you editing out a cut and buff??
Killer work either way.. I saw in one of your vids on a black fender.. looks like show car quality still In the booth!
I did one candy job in my home garage.. I’m no pro.. your videos are great learning tools for any level!
Thank you keep up the awesome work.. definitely keep the videos coming!

Definitely all off the gun mate I rarely cut and buff my work . The only time I polish is if I get a spec of dust in a customers job . Cheers mate!

I did a search for 2 inch circle stickers and thermal printing stickers came up. Is that what those are?

Not sure about thermal stickers but these were just what dna paints uses on top of the clear kit containers

I like the idea of using circle stickers instead of having to buy a whole sticker kit or a stencil good advice man. I'm learning how to do fans and lace

@@cowboycandyvending1574 oh cool. Fans are easier to paint . Good tip for doing lace patterns is pull the lace tight and tape it down

      Hey Mark,
This is a question I thought of from Bobby T’s question…
Have you ever worked with any candy blacks???
What are your thoughts about it??
I have seen the Black Betty Camaro on UA-cam where they painted black.. then 1/4 black in clear then 50/50 black and clear.. then several coats of clear.. made me think of black candy for depth.. black has to be hard to make transparent.. and possibly only see the difference in direct sun.. thoughts?

@@fulltiltboogie5321 I’m actually painting a Harley green with black candy in the next few weeks, stay tuned!.. edit: my thoughts are the same as any other candy Color 70% overlap and 3-5 coats depending on the desired shade I’ll sometimes apply 7 coats

@@fulltiltboogie5321 my opinions have changed! very difficult almost impossible to lay the black candy down without mottle!. also to fix/hide the mottle i sprayed 6 coats of candy which hid my base color which was bright orange with metal flake.
