Hi Daniel. I'm glad things are going in a positive direction with you. Just be careful with which nursing school you choose, some can be biased against many of us who deal with mental health issues, which it doesn't even make sense , since mental health is extremely important and needs to be addressed. Just please do your homework and choose carefully. Also I think if you go to the paramedic school it will be faster and easier to accomplish, and you'd make an excellent fit.
I work as a nurse , and I can't even describe to you the toxicity of the field. I too suffer from anxiety and I'm getting bullied on a daily basis by my relief. Many times I just come home and cry myself to m sleep.

I understand you with regards to the job thing, just keep in mind it happens to the best and especially 'to people like us' who usually tend to be the smartest ones 😜😜Seriously, it is much more common/normal than you think but many do not say it.
I know you said you don't want to ask for the state help in the meantime but I suggest you to think about yourself and not what anyone else thinks (nobody needs to know anyway). It is not much but something that will help you bridge - and do not forget all the taxes you paid so far, you do have the right to it!!
yea no kidding lol and thats exactly what it was. no "supervisor" wants to see there subordinate blow them out the water on a daily basis so i dont blame them either haha

Really great advice about not being able to control things that have happened. I beat myself for it. Employers can not be trusted. They hire us to make them rich. I don’t know why I can’t let go. ;

the last time i used street drugs was march of 2021 and yes im on suboxone currently

Getting fired from ur job might have been best I’d say u should have quit sonner ! Focus on u and ur dream ! You got this ! Especially now ur not working for someone else dream ! Even if u have to for a bit always focus on ur dream and every day get closer ! U got this bro!🦾👏👏
