1.Why do some raps tear while folding and
2. How do I prevent some of the raps from tearing
3. How do I achieve equal size because some raps are bigger
Spread on the pan sideways like a basket, the pan size will give u equal shape

I made the samosa using the samosa recipe, when I tried it was crispy outside but wasn't crispy inside(kind of chewy),also I tried freezing the remaining samosa I made in the freezer, when I tried to fry it I couldn't separate them, I tried breaking them and it made some of the samosa wraps tear.
What mistakes do you think I made ma?

PRACTICE MAKE PERFECT, U CAN TRY REGULATING THE HEAT YOU FRY IT, so it cook from the inside out, also when you want to greese ur chops, try to arrange it in a way that it will come off easily wen frozen, it you put them ontop each other without any form of arrangement, it will definitely glue to each other and break..u can study it and know what to do next time
