    Mummy temilayo I can't thank you enough ever since I stumbled on your channel my small chops business has gone from 0 to 99. At 1st I thought I can't do small chops of about 10 plates unless 50 plates upward, dt d gain will be so small, but watching wt u do every now n then encouraged me and my customers always look forward tto my chin chin n small chops every week I must tell you. Truly u didn't share ur complete recipe on chin chin it's understandable. I watched d one u uploaded few weeks ago and I Sha tried and I got d perfect measurements. I did 3kg of flour using everything u used and it gave me 5kg and 250grams. Even my old recipe doesn't have much gain only d veg oil. Thank you so much ma'am God bless you and your family

      I just subscribed but i have learnt a whole lot from you. Well done and keep it up. Please what type of meat do I tell the meat sellers I want in order to get the one that can be minced..also, how else can one mince meat if there is no food processor. Lastly, please recommend a good food processor. Thank you.

    thank you for sharing this delicious recipe.my mouth is watering up watching from Ghana. you mentioned not getting spring onions easily and when you get it and have no use for it, it goes bad. I would suggest you try chopping them and freezing them in ziplock bags.try as much as possible to leave some air in the bags when freezing; this helps to preserve it for up to 3 weeks and it still remains fresh for when you want to use it.

    Mummy you are very good at what you does ❤thank you so much, ma for how long can this fillings stay inside the freezer and if I do my spring roll if I want to fry it, it will be opening I don't know the reason and what I can do about it I do pack my own with plastic plates

      Samosa filling can last months frozen, spring rolls filling a week or a bit more
      Try to seal tight, then it won’t open

    Pls you can use bachelors green peas. Farrows is so soft. I add sweet corn and green peas to mind too.

    Even when my big jar of chin chin is 2k5. My customers won't mind and I make over 700 on a jar. Within 3-4 days 5kg has finished oooo🤩🤩🤩 as in I'm so happy

    I watched your video on how to make the samosa & spring roll wrappers before I watched this one on how to make the filling 😃.
    In fact, I immediately tried how to make the wrappers (the liquid method) and guess what😃? I have eaten more than one of the wrappers out of the four that I used as trial🤣🤣. Don't blame me oo, today flour became sweet in my mouth.
    Right now, I'm off to the market to get ingredients for the filling😍. I am so trying it out and I shall show you my end result💃🏾💃🏾
    Meanwhile I have photos of the first ever wrappers I made💃🏾💃🏾

      Don’t pack it hot, the heat makes it soggy

    Great tutorial ma, I went a step forward by adding drops of soy sauce.
    So after keeping in freezer for days, the colour changes especially spring rolls, you know freezing and bringing to room temperature. Although, taste remain very okay. What can you say about that ma

      U can use chicken, u can mince it with knife, just place on chopping board nd continue heating it

      About the amount of samosa, you know I add veggies, adding veggies make it a lot, u can add plenty shredded carrot to 1kg and u can do upto 200 or more

      The shape
      Spring roll is mostly vegetable, samosa is proteinious
