Use it as a pacemaker during yoga/tai-chi classes, or for meditation, concentration, and relaxation purposes, including for knocking you out before bed time.     Please do more! I teach Middle School and I play your two videos during quiet independent work. My kids are so much more productive during that time! And 30 minutes is a PERFECT time limit for them.

      Sure, glad you enjoy it! Thank you for the feedback, and the encouragement :) We'll be putting out at least one video/week, so stay tuned for more. Maybe we'll cave and get faster internet, and figure out ways to be more efficient in other tasks, which will allow us to put out more each day/week :)
