So many people are interested in lowering cholesterol and, unfortunately, so many of those people turn to medication. I’m here to tell you that you can lower your cholesterol naturally.
You can completely transform your cholesterol levels by eating a healthy diet. Cholesterol-lowering foods include all sorts of great-tasting fruits, vegetables, legumes, fish, lean meats and plenty of healthy sources of fat.
When it comes to lowering high cholesterol naturally, strictly avoiding all fats is not the answer. Even totally avoiding foods that contain cholesterol itself (like eggs or cheese) isn’t necessary. It’s all about moderation and balance.
In this episode of Ancient Medicine Today, Jordan Rubin shares the top 12 cholesterol-lowering foods to support heart health.

I once went to get my cholesterol tested. I think I was supposed to fast but I decided for fun to go ahead and eat a high-fat breakfast. My triglycerides which tend to be only 35 went up to 50 as a result of this. I had a high HDL and a low LDL. He told me I was not at risk for heart disease.

I just got meds to take, but I'm not going to take them. I'm going to soft dry fast and water fast and omad. But yes...strawberries are suppose to be great for cholesterol. Look at youtuber "A Healthy Alternative" here on UA-cam, his name is Chris James. Talks about fasting healing oir body. Look at his interview with, Justin, Steven, Jon, the fasting fat man. Etc.

Careful with chia, chia is a nightshade and some people can have severe intestinal issues with chia. Reference Dr Gundry 's book The Plant Paradox. I knew I was having issue with chia and couldn't understand why, until the plant paradox opened my eyes. Goji berries are also nightshade.

I think that's what happened to me. My LDL is around 120, never below 100. My HDL around 45, never above 60. I have been not eating ALL cholesterol food about 3 months and the HDL & LDL level didn't change (the triglycerides and total cholesterol went down drastically though). I once tried eating meat, cow liver, seafood, eggs, etc for a month and the ldl/hdl level didn't change either (only triglycerides that fluctuate).

I was prescribed attorvastatin and it made my insomnia worse plus severe muscle and body pain, cramps, very low stamina. So stopped it after a month.
I went to another doctor and gave me pravastatin 40mg. I have no muscle pain or cramps but I still have very low stamina, depression, frequent trips to the toilet at night. After 3 months of taking my cholesterol went down from 270 to 230. Now in my 8 month on pravastatin i have decided to gradually stop it and go natural.
I cut my pill in half and Im feeling a lot better after 2 weeks and more stamina..
