I'm 45 years old. Metallica has always been with me. Do you know what is the greatest magic of this band? The fact that their texts are always up to date and as they mature and gain life experience, the message of these texts changes. With Metallica I love, I hate, I cry, I laugh until I cry, I fall into reflection. This is extraordinary music and an extraordinary band. As for the third part - be sure to see it because it is completely different - more mature.
Apparently, Unforgiven is “I can’t forgive them.” Unforgiven II is “I can’t forgive you.” Unforgiven III is “I can’t forgive myself.” Powerful. Three deserves a listen…great song with incredible lyrics (as are the first two).
Thank you for another great reaction, Saeed ❤ I enjoyed it very much. I don’t know a lot of Metallica songs, but I love one called Nothing Else Matters. I don’t think you’ve reacted to it but I could be mistaken. Yes, it’s always comforting to connect with people who have gone through similar experiences. I haven’t experienced what you have gone through but it must have been incredibly hard. I’m so thankful that you survived and are on a wonderful positive path now🥰 I have a son with Down syndrome who is 32 now but still lives at home with us. After he was born I found great comfort once I decided to join a Down syndrome support group. It was reassuring to know that I could survive this experience, and I got to make some wonderful new friends. We have lifelong connections now and can share experiences and give each other support and encouragement when needed, plus celebrate the amazing children that we have! Thank you again for your thoughtful reaction ❤
I have not reacted to it, but i do know that song. It's also one of the only songs of them that i am familiar with, but maybe I should look up a live version to react to. It really is great that there are support groups like that out there to connect and share your experiences with people that understand. ❤️
@SaeedReacts. weak vocal delivery, weak melody, stale boring chorus, lacking the brilliant combo of rage mixed with melancholy prevalent in the brilliant prequel.
@@hakanpetersson2662 This song is rather incredible. I’ll concede the vocals sound a bit more restrained than the original, but I believe that was attributed to James blowing out his voice at the end of recording the Black Album. The melody was different from the original, but flows into a different realm with country tones, more mid range presence from the guitars. The chorus is a callback to the original, so there’ll never be a recapturing of that magic. I don’t think James was quite as angry in this installment. I think he’s pointing out someone else who is Unforgiven (Part 1 - I can’t forgive you, Part 2 - I can’t forgive them and Part 3 - I can’t forgive me). Each one is a different ride. Back to the vocals for a moment; James’ reintro just before the last set of choruses was a pretty sweet sound. The song is far from bad.

1991,1997, 2008 were the years these songs were recorded. time for another! 3rd is amazing
3 is my favourite of the trilogy, then 1, then 2 but all 3 songs are good.
I actually prefer this one to the first one.
Ro😢ert😢pla😮t😢 lea
Bro, their album Death Magnetic was a masterpiece!! Came out in 2008 I believe. So dam good!! 👍
This song is so bad that it's not even worthy to be on that abysmal album.
What is bad about it?
